Balance Patch 0.2 - FYI, this is not a balanced game (yet)

Cherub
- Sleep Cloud now has a 1 second delay before the aura is created.
- Sleep Cloud Duration reduced from 10/12/14/16 to 8/10/12/14
- Sleep Cloud Radius reduced from 450/500/550/600 to 425/450/475/500
- Explosive Spore Cooldown increased from 4 to 5 seconds
- Explosive Spore Lifesteal (hero) reduced from 50% to 40%
- Flower Garden: Flowers now correctly scale in health per level (Flower Health: 250/350/450)

Veera
- Changed base stats. Now has higher starting strength, but lower starting intelligence.
- Toxic Dart: Stun reduced from 1.5 to 0.75 seconds.

Viscous Ooze
- Attack range reduced from 350 to 250
- Split Oozeling manacost increased from 25/30/35/40 to 35/40/45/50
- Split Oozeling damage reduced from 10/12/14/16 to 10/11/12/13 per second for 5 seconds.
- Split Oozeling duration reduced from 30 seconds to 25 seconds

Xarax (WIP)
- Added animation for Devil's Cape
- Added third ability (wip), Trick Box, which comes as three different abilities, each will surprise the enemy with a random effect after a random delay. Trick Box #1 applies a random status effect. Trick Box #2 deals damage in one of three ways. Trick Box #3 does nothing, literally nothing, except confirming it is in fact box #3. There is no reason to have this ability other than to trick people. HL3 is confirmed in this box, however, and you can purchase it for 60 bucks on Steam this coming Thursday. You will also receive cake!

Veera nerfed.

Veera
- Improved visual effect of Evasive Roll. Now backflips twice!
- Thril of the Hunt active upgraded: Now triples the duration of Plains Runner stacks while active.

Viscous Ooze
- Viscous Ooze loses his bonus movespeed and free pathing for 4 seconds if he takes hero damage from another hero.
- Viscous Ooze must keep his Slime Trail toggled for 4 seconds to gain the movespeed and free pathing bonuses.
- Slime Trail: Damage rescaled from 15/25/35/45 to 16/24/32/40
- Slime Trail: Movement slow reduced to 10% at all levels
- Slime Trail: Self Damage rescaled to 0.5% max health for every 50 units traveled.
- Split Oozelings: Movement slow reduced from 10%/12%/14%/16% to 5%

All heroes are now available to pick, custom heroes are marked with ! so they appear up front.

Added new WIP hero: Xarax, the Trickster.
