- Al known bugs from the latest game-patch should be fixed.

- All veterancy changes are made

- New ability: Sniper Prone! (for all snipers)
The sniper will be camouflaged when he prones but has a limited speed

- AI improvement!
The AI won't build uesless units anymore and some early game units won't be build in late game.

US:
- New upgrade: Browning M2 Machine Gun for the M8 Greyhound

Wehrmacht:
- Searchlight range slightly increased
- Supply drop from wehrmacht airdrop commander highlight and text bug fixed

British:
- The Boys weapon is now for all british units visible
- Boys upgrade for infantry section removed
- Forward assembly medic upgrade will now be removed when the building dies.
- Forward assembly medic upgrade costs from 250 to 200 mp
- Bren Gun weapon racks gives the right weapon, and no longer 2 at a time.
- Defensive Operations HQ upgrade will be automatically unlocked when the right commander is selected
- Counter ability for the mortar emplacement requires 4 command points and no longer veterancy 1
- Reconnaissance HQ upgrades costs changed from 100 manpower to 80 ammo

Soviet:
- New partisan squads: Rifle/SMG/LMG
- Self destruct added to the Partisan Field HQ

Wehrmacht:
- New building: Searchlight
- Weapon racks requirements and unlock cost increased

OKW:
- Weapon racks requirements and unlock cost increased
- Weapon racks moved to avoid stuck units

US:
- New Building: Medic Station and sandbagrow
- Smoke ability added to the Pershing
- Limit for one of the squad upgrades: Medic and Seargent per squad

Global:
- Weapon racks are added to all factions. Axis squads have a limit of one weapon from the racks. (MG34/ MG42/Panzershreck/PTRS/DP28)
- All bunkers have now self destruct

Wehrmacht:
- New Unit: Pantherturm

Soviet:
- New building: Partisan Field Headquarters with 6 units! (2 new and some are moved)
- Partisans have new upgrades and abilities
- Tent added to Ania

OKW:
- King Tiger is back as unit from HQ to avoid that it is missing when no commander is choosen yet.

British:
- New Tier building with 3 new upgrades
- Tent added to the Sniper
- New Unit: Land Mattres
- All content from the new commanders

AI:
- Will now use all artillery squad and use their abilities
- Won't build the following units:
* SdKfz 250 Half-track
* Vehicle crew
* WC51 Military Transport Truck

And several minor bugs fixed!

- A new model C47 Douglas plane for all paratrooper abilties from the US.
- The combat group won't spawn exaclty after 9 seceonds, but will jump from the plane now.
- Infra Red weapon upgrade added for Panzergrenadiers

Fixes:
- Conscripts can only buy one weapon upgrade
- Obersoldaten can only buy one weapon upgrade

- Self destruct abilty added to the both British Gliders
- 25 Pounder reloadtime increased with 10 seconds
- All buildable structures can now hold 9 men instead of 6
- A new Tent structure is added to the US and Soviet snipers. This tent has camouflage and snipers can heal inside.
- The beacon model is replaced by a radar.
