Hotfix:

Soviet:
- New unit: Light Anti Tank pit, which containts two M-42 45mm Anti Tank Guns!
- New upgrade 'D25-T 122 mm gun' added to the IS-2
- New symbol for the Combat Engineer Squad, inspired from Kasarov's 'Victorious Day Art Assets'[www.coh2.org]
- The Partisan MG, Mortar and Sniper now have female apperances (60% chance because the other squads have 0% due to the land mattress crew bug)
- Commander change: Passive T34/85 is replaced with the orignal T34/85 Battle Group!

US:
- New M1 Mortar paradrop added to the Airborne Support Center
- New upgrade 'M3A1 90 mm gun' added to the Pershing
- Commander change: Passive Sherman Easy Eight is replaced with 'Armored Assault Group', a squad of Cavalry Riflemen mounted in an M5 Halftrack and a M4A3E8 Sherman 'Easy Eight' provides support.
- Fighting Position and Defensive Position added to the Airborne Engineers

Brit:
- Fuel drop added to the Air Chief Marshal (Airdrop officer)

Wehrmacht:
- New unit: Repair and Recovery Truck! (Same functionality as the BergeTiger from CoH 1)

- New ability to the 223 "Radio Car": Divert Supplies! The Radio Car will direct the flow of the target resource sector to our forces.
(Does NOT cut the income of a sector linked to the enemy's Headquarters through the sector where the Radio Car has been set up)
- Infantry Awareness removed from the 223
- Commander change: SturmTiger Call-in replaced with the 'Armored Panzer IV Ausf. J Battle Group'

OKW has got many strong content, so some shared wehrmacht content is nerfed:
- OKW Vehicle crew mp44 replaced by mp40's
- Hull down range buff replaced by accuracy buff. Costs changed from 100mp to 80 munitions
- All OKW bunker upgrades (except MG) require several HQ upgrades (Heal/Repair/Retreat point)
- OKW Mortar Bunker now requires any converted HQ
- Fuel drop replaced by Ammo drop at the Luftwaffe Ground Squad (Airdrop officer)

- The Panther V Command Tank can no longer de-crew

Bug Fixes:
- The Maxim and DShK now use the stand animations in buildings and trenches instead of prone
- AEC spawn point fixed
- Deform of all emplacements improved
- Empty emplacements in custom maps can be crewed
- Flame Saturation help text changed
- Additional objects around the new british hq building after rebuild fixed
- Panzer IV Command Tank no longer benefits from his own aura
- Tiger Ace visual gunner removed
- Sturmtiger instant reload bug solved
- Pantherturm and german mortar bunker are visible in the buildlog
- Vet 5 of the Luftwaffe Support Offizier added

Brits:
- Additional tier added, the Tactical Operations Centre, costs 35 / 180; Tier 3 cost reduced from 115 / 280 to 80 / 200
- Several units moved from the Reconnaissance HQ and Tier 1 to the new Tier 2
- The Mobile Command Centre (was Reconnaissance HQ) has 3 new units: Light Sniper Squad, Infiltration Commandos and Medic Carrier; Sight upgrade is replaced by Lock Down
- New upgrade: 'Forward observers' to the Land Mattress Emplacement at vet 1
- New ability: 'Flame Saturation' added to the Churchill Crocodile and the new OT-34 and Sherman Crocodile.
- Sexton now requires the hammer unlock, the Fire Fly not anymore
- Infiltration commandos can call in a Forward Logistics Glider at vet 1

US:
- Medic and Greyhound moved to Tier 1
- Praratroopers removed from Tier 2
- M3 Halftrack with Assault engineers and IR Pathfinders moved to Tier 2
- Airborne Support center (was Airborne Dropzone Beacon) as a new ability: 'Air Support' which can be upgraded to a total of 3 different planes which can enter the battlefield at the same time!
- New upgrade: 'Mount 50. cal' added to the WC51 (the 30. cal is the new default and the 50. cal is much stronger!)
- New (Stationary) unit: Sherman Crocodile: Structure, buildable with engineers
- Captain can use supervise on the Airborne Support Center and Radio Post
- New ability: Rifle Grenade added to Assault Paratroopers, Timed demo removed

- Isakovich will spawn at the Partisan HQ when any upgrade is unlocked

Bugs fixed:
- OKW Luftwaffe Support Offizier vet 3 fixed, costs multiplier was 0,95 instead of 0,9
- Infrared scoped StG44 visual death bug fixed.
- Luchs 5th veterancy ability 'Suppressing Fire' fixed
- OKW AI Hard and Expert will no longer build the HQ's at the front line.
- Pantherturm and Mortar bunker: Bug fixed which decreased the amount of received damage
- The Sherman 76mm prioritize vehicles fixed
- Hit the dirt fixed, it wasn't always possible to deactivate when you had lost a squad member.
- Floating Soviet medic tent fixed

British:
- New Emplacement: The 'Land mattress' emplacement!

Global:
- The 'Lend-Lease Act' and 'Supplies from the other front' are changed:
* No longer require unlocked weapon racks.
* Cost 120 ammo and 25 fuel and require 5 command points.
* Unlock the usage of the weapon racks from your allies.
* Unlock the 'Allied Reïnforcements' ability.

- New ability, available for all factions: Allied Reinforcements:
Call in a versatile mix of units for combined arms tactics. This small army contains three units which are randomly chosen from your ally. This can contain teamweapons, light vehicles and tanks from all sizes.

Bug fixes:
- All types of trenches can fire to all directions!
- All custom 'Prioritize Vehicle' abilities fixed.
- The US Airborne Sniper will stay at max range instead of walking to medium range.
- The formation of paratroopers with 7 soldiers is improved.
- The bugsplat of the Smoke Barrage form the Artillery Field Officer is fixed.

All changes of this game-update are applied (Damage/Health/costs etc.), but with some exceptions:
- Gliders and Air Resupply operation can still be used in the allied base sector.
- The Penal Battalion keeps the Oorah ability and the Flamethower update.

Bug fixes:
- The US Airborne Dropzone Beacon can use its abilities while not in owned territory.
- The US Airborne Dropzone Beacon and Partisan HQ now have a limit of one per player, instead of one per team.
- Airborne Engineers can now repair.

All known bugs related to the Winter Balance Patch-update are fixed!
Most of the patch-changes still have to be made, but the game is playable now.

- Hull down added to the Jagdpanzer IV and the Hetzers!
- 223 Scout Car, 251 Half-track and Goliath have default skins

US:
- Paratroopers now have a smoke grenade ability
- New building: Airborne Dropzone Beacon! Includes 7 paradrops!
* Paratroopers
* Assault Paratroopers (New Unit, with 2 Bars)
* Sniper team (New Unit, 2 men-squad)
* Airborne Engineers (New Unit, can build defenses)
* Weapon Specialists (New Unit, can merge with other squads and are usefull to crew paradropped teamweapons)

Bug fixes:
- New models for the US and German radars
- Allied bunkers take now equal damage as the axis bunkers

US:
- New unit: Defensive Position! (57mm AT-emplacement, with upgrade to extended barrel)

Soviet:
- New unit: Mortar pit! (82mm mortar)
- New structure: Barricade, A line of wood and stone rubble. This defensive structure will block all but the heaviest vehicles.

German:
- Stormtroopers can now build defensive structures.
- The base armor of Urban Assault Panzer Grenadiers is equalized with all other units.

OKW:
- Flak emplacements costs increased due it's abandon fix in a previous patch which makes this unit very strong.
- Several crews now use OKW models instead of the Wehrmacht ones.

Global:
- Many new icons and symbols to better show the different units.

Bugs fixed:
- US and Brit mortar setup animation fixed
- The Pak 43 emplacement has the move/turn animation!
- Stormtroopers use the correct portraits
