-Players can now choose between requisitioning Raketenwerfer teams and Panzerschreck teams for Kompanie AT options. Requisitioning a particular team will lock out the other, so choose wisely. AT teams have been moved to the HQ building.

-Railway Artillery Support ability now costs 300 MU and fires one shell and has a recharge time of 20 minutes. The shell inflicts 1600 damage with a blast radius of 24m, with damage and pen being reduced by 1/3 past 8m and 2/3 past 16m. Don't bother wondering about armour penetration - this is a 80cm HE round. Enjoy.

-Stuka Dive Bomb attack now inflicts 760 damage with 150 penetration and a blast radius of 15m, with damage and pen being reduced by 1/3 past 5m and 2/3 past 10m.


Soviets
-------

-120mm Mortar Precision Strike removed.

-Converting OKW to function as a Panzergrenadier Kompanie from a Panzer Brigade. As part of that the following changes have been made.

-Light Infantry Gun team removed as a Regimental / Battalion Support option.
-Panzergrenadier Gruppe replaced by Panzergrenadier Sturmgruppe. The Gruppe is armed exclusively with StG44 assault rifles.
-SdKfz 251/1 'Walking Stuka' cap reduced to 2.

-Improved penetration of 2cm cannons vs halftracks slightly.

-Increased HP of SdKfz 182 Tiger to 900.

-Special Operations Doctrine: The StG 44 'Vampir' Unlock has been changed to Infrared Sighting Equipment. In addition to unlocking the SdKfz 251/20 'Uhu'and the StG44 'Vampir' upgrades, it also unlocks infrared sight upgrades for the regular SdKfz 251 halftrack and Panther medium tank (no visual changes - the upgrade is purely functional).


Note 1: "Scoped" rifles have superior accuracy at long range but nothing more, so Snipers still have their niche at being able to one-shot infantrymen.

Note 2: I changed the infantry models for Panzergrenadiers to use the cammo'd 'Obersoldaten' so that the StG44 with the Vampir scope would actually show up (it's too nice a model for it to not show up). For consistency's sake, all Panzergrenadiers use this model now until the other "Volks" can be tweaked to use all the available small arms weapon models. If you all would rather I keep the "Obersoldaten" model, let me know. The reason I chose the "Volks" infantry model was because the uniform is reminiscent of that used by Panzer Lehr Division's troops - and OKW is set up like one of Panzer Lehr's Panzergrenadier companies anyway.

*The idea behind these changes is to make semi-auto rifles distinctively superior in terms of rate of fire when compared to bolt-action rifles. Needless to say this change heavily benefits U.S. Infantry as ALL their rifles are semi-automatic.
