-Fixed a bug where Ostruppen wouldn't spawn with a random light machine gun.


Germans (OKW)
-------------

-Heavy changes to the Luftwaffe Ground Forces doctrine. On picking the Doctrine, a Fallschirmjagerkompanie is unlocked for the player, with all regimental and company units being FJ-related. Note: Picking this doctrine will automatically cancel out / hide the Panzergrenadier and Panzer Kompanie options.

-MG34 call-in changed to a cargo air drop ability, similar to the Ostheer "Supply Drop Zone" wherein cargo planes will fly over a designated Fuel or Munitions point and drop off resource crates that can be recovered by infantry.


Soviets
-------

-Changed Guards Status upgrade so that it now functions as a passive upgrade that automatically unlocks when picking a commander / doctrine that has it.

-Kubelwagen / motorized Erkunder Truppe are now available as a Regimental Support option for the Panzergrenadier Kompanie.*

-Panzer IV Ausf. F1 added as a Regimental Support option for the Grenadier Kompanie. The main gun fires HE rounds by default but can switch out to HEAT rounds to fight enemy tanks if needed. The Panzer IV Ausf. F1 can also fire smoke shells to blind enemy positions. Note: Its frontal armour is significantly weaker than that of the later Ausf. H and J types.**

*This is intended to give the Panzergrenadiers a more stealthy means of scouting forward areas and observing enemy positions.

**Some infantry divisions were lucky enough to get their hands on some older tanks and used them for fire support. Although an extremely rare sight by 1944, some older Panzer IV's with the short barreled 7.5cm KwK 37 L/24 were still in service, although most of the older Panzer IV's had been refitted with the far more potent 7.5cm KwK 40 L/43 or L/48.

*By default, on Hard and Expert difficulty settings the AI gets bonuses to resources and can see things that it normally shouldn't be able to, in additional to being able to multitask better and react faster. That aspect has been completely removed. Instead, I've opted to improve reaction times to different events and increased its ability to do multiple things at once (i.e. capping multiple points at the same time while attacking multiple areas).

-Clouds left by WP shells should no longer decrew vehicles. Seems the rng factor was far too iffy for people's liking and could be exploited too easily.

Gameplay / fun factor should always win out. So that feature is pulled at least for now.

*Relic...for the love of God get your damn act together. Having to patch in workarounds because you can't test your updates properly BEFORE releasing them is getting extremely annoying. In this case, you succeeded in rendering the entire squad_apply extension useless, meaning all my applied slot items (and applied upgrades and modifiers for that matter) that I spent hours working on for various squads don't work.

**Honestly, the existing ability is redundant, given that dismounted vehicle crews can do the same job better (and more realistically) and that an elite mechanized infantry call-in complements and suits the Doctrine better.

-Adjusted 240mm Howitzer barrage so that it no longer insta-kills infantry caught in the blast radius. In addition, its on-penetration effects and damage vs units in cover should now match other heavy artillery.*

*It still does heavy damage (infantry in the middle of the blast will definitely die) but now it's more consistent with how other heavy artillery performs in that infantry can potentially survive it by taking cover.
