* By 1944, it seems that even the Pioneer companies had to economize on manpower and restructure as a consequence. Whereas early war each Pioneer platoon was comprised of 3 15-man squads (excluding the platoon HQ) that typically split into 3 sections in combat conditions, the squad was cut down to about 8 men, excluding a truck / wagon driver and a guard / driver's assistant. Yes, wagon. Even late war, the Germans still used literal horse-power in the Infantry divisions.

** Being fitted with a 105mm Howitzer, this makes sense. This also resolves an issue where StuH's had difficultly hitting targets at close range due to how artillery projectiles behavior.

* This is to keep it consistent with the Flakpanzer IV "Ostwind" in terms of availability and was an unfortunate omission on my part. It was pointed out that it made the Armoured Squadron a no brainer choice for most British players. Thanks for the feedback on this :)

- As per some recent feedback, the range of some weapons has been decreased a little in the interests of balance:

Reduced range of LMGs (including tank MGs) from 150m to 125m.

Reduced range of HMGs from 200m to 150m.

Reduced range of medium AA guns from 300m to 250m.

Reduced range of German 75mm guns (with the exception of the 75mm KwK 42 and Pak 42) from 300m to 250m.

Reduced range of U.S. 76mm guns from 300m to 250m.

Reduced range of Soviet 76mm ZiS-3 gun from 300m to 250m.

Reduced range of Soviet 85mm guns from 300m to 250m.
