- limit SARH fire control range for AEGIS ships to ~100nmi, controlled by datalink module alongside FC/tgt channels
- i implore mod authors that have mods with AEGIS to use these, they represent the real limitations of shipboard fire control (yes, even a flight 3 burke is going to have the same limit for its SARH missiles)
- rebalance guns, lower rates of kill against missiles
- tweak min alts of SPY radars, generally somewhat higher
