> rebalance gun performance, somewhat higher chance for 5" guns to intercept missiles
> TASMs have reduced minimum range to the horizon (25nm)
> RGM-109C has realistic range of 675nm now, UGM-109C has desert storm configuration 'maximum range' 1300nm tomahawks
> NTU and AEGIS ships rebalanced fire control channels

  • further balance of US standard missiles
  • add AIM-54A to list of overhauled weapons
  • overhaul soviet SAMs (overall nerf to low alt performance, buff to mid/high alt performance, exceptions include SA-N-6 and SA-N-9 with buffed low alt performance)
  • new soviet SAMs in the form of improved anti-seaskimmer SA-N-4 for (existing base game) kirov
  • new shtorm missiles for kara and kiev (kara has the shtorm-n with super low altitude performance, kiev has the shtorm-m with just the boosted range)

further improve mod compat by trimming vessel_names, and adding database entries for the NTU-specific radars

  • add Mk41 VLS models to ticonderoga and spruance
  • give spruance classes their historical lineups (23 for VLs 7 for ABL)
  • rename bunker hill class back to ticonderoga VLS
  • overhaul standard missile performance (seeker accuracy/countermeasure resistance nerf, buff in min range and gave home on jam to RIM-66G/H/J and RIM-67C/D)
  • add block 3 SM-2s but not present on any vessels at this time
  • fix AGM/RGM/UGM-84D flight profile, more evasive and harder to intercept
