- tweak submodel numbers on ticos, they should be more performant and have less errors (other than unfixable sensor bug that doesnt impact anything ingame)

small maintenance patch
- add compatibility checker versions and support for semantic versioning
- configs for Exocet, significantly more accurate flight pattern and kinematics
- add terminal flight altitude for all sea skimming missiles, they should maintain sea skim alt the entire terminal phase instead of deviating
- tweak ARH missile flight patterns
- RIM-7E min floor lowered to 300 feet, RIM-7H min floor lowered to 50 feet, RIM-7M min floor lowered to 25 feet
- slight tweak to jammer performance, should be a little more sensible with progression
- fix LHT ASROC and LHT seeker range
