  • further balance of US standard missiles
  • add AIM-54A to list of overhauled weapons
  • overhaul soviet SAMs (overall nerf to low alt performance, buff to mid/high alt performance, exceptions include SA-N-6 and SA-N-9 with buffed low alt performance)
  • new soviet SAMs in the form of improved anti-seaskimmer SA-N-4 for (existing base game) kirov
  • new shtorm missiles for kara and kiev (kara has the shtorm-n with super low altitude performance, kiev has the shtorm-m with just the boosted range)
