  • Last update added Brutal Servos to BUs that didn't melee, so this one fixes that.

  • Yeeted Brutalize Protocol from BUs and replaced it with Brutal Servos from my version of Mec Troopers.
  • Bullseye no longer stacks its debuffs.
  • Take Down now has a 3 turn cooldown.

Big Update:

Psi rework

  • New Psi Operative class and scaling. 3 full trees, can learn 12 main tree abilities total, plus Psi stuff in XCOM rows. above MSGT, it's 75 kill XP per additional ability to learn.
  • Tube time scalers changed from 5/6/7/7 to 4/5/6/6 since more perks to learn

  • Lots of new Mitzruti perks to test/balance, as well as hit calc buffs for the underwhelming "lance" perks.
  • Future integration of PEXM is planned (balance work on it TBD).

    Rocket rework:
  • Phosphorous and Sarin rocket burn apply chance nerfed from 100% to 50%. (You know it needed this).
  • Lockon rocket aim bonus changed from 35 to 50, damage increased to 12/18 for tier 2/3 rockets. Locked on also no longer count as indirect fire (can hit Gunships).
  • Sabot rockets base damage increased to 11/16 and Armor pierce increased to 10/15 for tier 2/3 rockets, and aim modifier increased from 0 to 20. Still ingores cover, and also now no longer counts as indirect fire (can hit Gunships).
  • Thermobaric rockets had the armor thresholds changed to 4/6 armor for tier 2/3 rockets, and the armored unit modifier to 75% damage instead of 50% damage.
  • Flechette rockets have the cover modifiers changed to 75%/50% instead of 50%/0% for low/high cover, and no longer destroy loot. T3 (Metalstorm) has armor pierce changed from -2 to -1.
  • Disposable Rocket Launchers no longer have Scatter.

  • Manu Forti and Armor Fati have their psi modifiers cut way down to cap the effectiveness, no more 100% damage resistance.

Initial release. I ensured the game doesn't crash, but didn't extensively test everything.

Preliminary list of included fixes over the standalones:

  • Fixed some bad config in encounterlists and AI trees
  • Custodian melee can properly work while burning (Kiruka change that didn't actually work).
  • Frost Necromancers can use corress while burning (Kiruka change that didn't actually work).
  • Andromedon Backburner fire duration fixed from 4 turns to 2 turns (Kiruka change that didn't actually work).
  • Solace is no longer broken (Kiruka change that didn't actually work).
  • Units that didn't have Ice Shields removed no longer spawn in dead. (some bad Kiruka config)
  • Fired Up ability on Flame Viper vests no longer requires you to manually end turn.
  • Cleaned up some other OPTCs that either did nothing or were pointless due to config.
  • Integrated all fixes from my standalone Mod Jam Fixes mod.
