- updated the description, the mod still works well in v1.49

- made it a multiplayer optional mod so you can use it in multiplayer
- recovered the front cover in mod manager

- Fixed a bug that the black steering wheel option for daf xd disappeared.

Note: You may need to go to the Service to buy the black steering wheel again because the internal definition file name was changed.
