Pure Black Steering Wheel For DAF NGD

Description
I like the pure black steering wheel of DAF XD so I made this mod to add it to DAF 2021 Series.

I made it multiplayer optional so you can use it in Official Multiplayer

Supports 1.48.5+
Newly tested on 1.56

The steering wheel model is from DAF XD dlc.
