v2.0 "Hunt For Red October"

Notable Changes:
-Compatible with basegame 1.16.5 update.
-New Role: Anti-Air Missile Cruiser
-New Special Project: High Speed Light Engine
-New Module: High-Temperature Superheater, Light Secondaries (lvl 1-2)

Updates:
-High speed engine tech is now unlocked by new special projects.
-Effects of high speed engine is nerfed and can only achieve previous speed with superheater module.
-Cruiser now has its own secondary battery options with smaller caliber, original secondary batteries are forbidden on cruiser.
-1944 carrier hull can now be converted to supercarrier.
-Balance cost and attack of light guns.
-Heavy armor tech will automatically unlock cruiser armor of the same level once researched. Cruiser armor tech will provide a 50% research bonus on heavy armor of the same level.

-Commonwealth nations now have access to Britain's extra ship icons.

Fixes:
-Britain, Japan and US now have super heavy gun project researched on startup instead of hidden.
-Swedish cruiser Fylgia's design is fixed based on its status in 1936.
-Fixed submarine missile launcher category has no icon and loc.

Notable Changes:
-New tech: Modern Submarine Sensing System, Active Radar Homing Missile
-New Modules: Pressure Hull V, Periscope IV, Advanced Conning Tower, Bow Dome Sonar, Surface-to-surface Missile II, Surface-to-air Missile II
-Rework torpedo cooldown, now different doctrines have unique torpedo fire rate.

Updates:
-Add a naval academy spirit to Germany.
-Surface-to-air missile module is now unlocked by radio-guided missile technology.
-Tier 1 missiles are nerfed in all effects to adapt new missile update.
-Sub torpedo tubes have higher hit chance effects.
-Reduce conversion cost from heavy armor to carrier armor.
-Periscope is now mandatory on all submarine hulls.
-Allow carrier-based helicopters on auxiliary hull.
-Helipad is renamed as utility helicopter and grouped with carrier helicopter in module selector.

-Fixed a missing description about surface ballistic missile launching system.

-Fixed super heavy carrier armor is allowed on all conversion origins.
