Fixed Big & Small Slimes shrinking

This was a Ludeon bug. Happens with their Sanugophages under the same circumstances; namely resource max above 100 and not having selected them between loading -> saving.

Compatibility for HAR's test branch (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2640710953).

There is a rare startup error with HAR, possibly a "race condition", which means the frequency may depend on your CPU. I figure the better the CPU is more likely. Erdelf is probably going to fix that though, but just writing here for awareness.
