Logistician gives -12% upkeep to non-knights up from -8%

Going over the Peasant economy limit now applies a penalty to Industry. This penalty is equal to the farm penalty halved and rounded down.

The reason for this change is that it makes a lot more sense with the way the overhaul works, making increases to the peasant limit more plentiful but more important. This should also help keep the farms and industry in parity in terms of how viable they are.

Realm of Chivalry edict reverted to Vanilla

Improved construction cost Increased to 3000 from 1000 (reverted to vanilla)
Tweaked some farming income increase values on some of the techs

Foot squires upkeep reduced from 175 to 170
Men-at-Arms (Polearm) have increase cost (500 up from 425), but more bonus vs large (18 up from 12) and melee defence (40 up from 38)

Game breaking bug fixed

Several techs have been modified, most notably I have removed the foot squire upkeep reduction and various techs no longer give peasant economy increases.

Farms now only give peasants starting at tier 2.

Being within the peasant cap reduces upkeep for peasants by -10%, same as vanilla. Income from Farms and Industry values have been Tweaked.

Almshouses cost more to build but now give +2 peasants when fully upgraded.
Upgraded Almshouses are now required for the Fay to recruit Battle Pilgrims.

Louen faction bonus gives +2 peasants down from +3

Confederation techs reverted to taking turns instead of gold, but the turns are not reverted to the vanilla value but have been modified to reflect how valuable/useful those factions typically are. The major factions take, by default, 7 turns instead of 4, but the minor factions now take 2 turns. Lyonesse, having one settlement and usually destroyed before its even possible to Confederate with them, now only takes one turn.

Grail Knights and Questing Knights have had very slight weapon strength increases.

Bug fixed: Almshouses were unlocking Foot Squires not Pilgrims.
