Its main features are +4 to peasant economy and two units of Peasant Mob as a garrison

Reworked the Royal Chapter Barracks building chain:

Royal Chapter Barracks (Tier III) no longer has a garrison of two Men-at-Arms, but gives +2 Royal Men-at-Arms capacity
Royal Chapter Hold (Tier IV) & Royal Chapter Headquarters (Tier V) are cheaper but have smaller garrisons

Farms no longer reduce infantry recruit cost
Farms give 200/300/400 income up from 200/250/300 income
Industry no longer effected by peasants economy
Farms an industry no longer penalise each other at tier 1
Techs that improve farms/industry have been further weakened

Feudal realm tech no longer gives +1 to peasants economy, but instead reduces infantry recruit cost by 5%
