Removed upkeep penalty to knights if you do not have Vows unlocked.

Added Knight unit caps, which can be improved with Techs, Buildings, Skills, Chivalry and Vows.

Peasant Bowmen, Peasant Bowmen(Pox Arrows) and Royal Men-at-Arms (Longbows) have -1 Armour Piercing ranged attacks

Foot Squires have +2 base damage
Foot Squires' Glorious End ability now gives +5 Melee Attack

Guilds now give income to the region instead of the province, their primary role is to increase unit caps for Knights.

Techs such as Empathy and Blessing of the Grail have been reworked, their primary role is to increase unit caps for Knights.

Water pumps gives +1 Core Knight Capacity for each Minor Settlements you control, but costs 500 research points more than before

The Fay Enchantress has been given Greater Arcane Conduit instead of Arcane Conduit.

The Empathy tech icon has been changed.
