Balance Changes:

Universal Changes:

-All vehicles have had their health reduced by 20% unless otherwise stated
-All AT weapons have had their damage reduced by 20% unless otherwise stated
I'm going to add a note here to explain this seemingly massive change, in truth, it isn't. All vehicles were working off a 200 damage table as compared to vanillas 160 damage table. With both values being reduced the same amount, time to kill between AT weapons and vehicles should still be the same, there will be other specifc pentration and armor changes per vehicle to also bring them in line with vanilla.

USF Changes:

-Engineers MAC-10 upgrade has had its dps at close range decreased and now ranges from 11.5 to 9.25 dps
-Reduced population usage of Riflemen from 8 to 7
-Riflemen can now build sandbags and campfires, sandbags require either Lieutenant or Captain to be deployed
-Riflemen Cavalry designation now provides one less smg, however smg DPS has been increased to compensate
-Lieutenant squad has had two of their M1 carbines swapped out for M3 submachine guns
-Freedom Fighters squad has been reworked, now a 6 man squad costing 250 manpower that only has two upgrades
-MACESOG Team has had their XM177 Carbines damage greatly decreased, bringing them in line with other changes
-Fuel cost of Activate Company Command Post and Activate Platoon Command Post has been decreased to 30
-Manpower cost of Activate Tactical Operation Center has been decreased to 50
-Fuel cost of Initiate Mechanization, Initiate Motorization, and Activate Tactical Operation Center has been decreased to 35
-Teching for Battalion Command Post changed, now split in two parts like other structures
-M1 Carbine Package for National Guard no longer takes up a slot item
-Infantry Defences and Field Defences passives have been combined into a single passive named Defensive Reserves
-Added new commander ability to the American Artillery Company, Deploy M21 Multiple Rocket Launcher (Note that the current are assets pull from vanilla's Land Matress, planned to be given proper assets at a later date)
-M113 has had its armor value reduced from 80 to 70 (Rear armor is half that value)
-M163 has had its armor value reduced from 80 to 70 (Rear armor is half that value)
-M35 Gun Truck has had its armor value decreased from 30 to 16 (Rear armor is half that value)
-M60A1 has had its fuel cost increased from 160 to 170
-M60A1 has had its health unaffected by 20% reduction (Remains at 850)
-M60A1 has had its armor value decreased from 380 to 360 (Rear armor is half that value)
-M60A1 has had its penetration reduced from 330 and 326, to 280 to 160
-M551 has had its health value reduced from 625 to 560
-M551 has had its armor value increased from 180 to 200 (Rear armor is half that value)
-M551 has had its penetration reduced from 425 at all ranges, to 320 at all ranges
-M728 has had its fuel cost decreased from 145 to 120
-M728 has had its health unaffected by 20% reduction (Remains at 850)
-M728 has had its armor value decreased from 380 to 360 (Rear armor is half that value)

Soviet Changes:

-Soviets start with only one Combat Engineer now
-Divisional Garrison and Heavy Weapon Repository fuel cost reduced from 20 to 15
-Motor Rifle Centre fuel cost increased from 40 to 90
-Special Deployment Authorisation Centre fuel cost reduced from 50 to 30
-Combat Engineers have had their starting loadout changed, now they start with two Makarov pistols and two SKS-45 rifles (The AKM upgrade will specificly replace the Makarovs)
-New upgrade for Combat Engineers that removes their SKS-45 rifles for resources and an extra weapon inventory space
-Combat Engineer cost has been increased to 200 manpower
-Soviet Rifle Infantry now requires the Iron Curtain upgrade to build sandbags
-Spetsnaz squad size has been dropped to 4
-Spetsnaz have had their armor removed, instead their RA has been decreased to 0.625 to compensate
-Spetsnaz AKM's were wildly inconsistent, has been fixed
-Spetsnaz have had both starting slot items removed
-Advance Party RA has been increased from 0.7 to 0.9
-Deploy Advance Party ability has had its Command Point requirement increased to 1
-Weapons in the GRU Colonel Squad has been set to the same weapon stats that the Combat Engineers have
-Guards Rifle Squad AKMs has been made more consistent
-Guards Rifle Squad has had their manpower cost reduced to 300
-Gurads Rifle Squad squad size has been increased to 5
-Guards Rifle Squad RA has been increased from 0.8 to 0.95
-Guards Mechanized Infantry squad has been reworked to be more specialized at close range
-2B9 Vasilek's direct fire damage decreased from 120 to 80
-2B9 Vasilek's direct fire penetration decreased from 180 to 100, down to 160 to 80
-2B9 Vasilek's direct fire accuracy has been increased from around 20% hit chance at longest range to about 40%
-2B9 Vasilek's direct fire now does deflection damage
-The BMP-1 and ZSU-23-4 can now be built when the Special Deployment Authorisation Centre is completed
-BMP-1 has had its health value increased from 500 to 560
-BMP-1 has had its armor value reduced from 80 to 70 (Rear armor is half that value)
-BMP-1 has had its penetration reduced from 333 at all ranges to 160 at all ranges
-T-55A has had its health value decreased from 800 to 720
-T-55A has had its armor value reduced from 280 to 240 (Rear armor is half that value)

Balance Changes:

USF Changes:

-Removed the weapon swap for Lieutenant's veterancy 2 (It would override the M67 upgrade)
-M551 "Sheridan" has had its range reduced to 40 meters from 50
-Forward Operating Base's Fortified Headquarters upgrade has been reworked into a Infantry Support HQ, provides retreat point and a healing aura
-Removed Brace Structure from Forward Operating Base, didn't seem to work and wasn't needed
-Reduced build time of M114 155mm Howitzer by 60 seconds
-The Engineer can no longer cancel the Deploy Fulton Recovery System ability
-Increased cost of Raid Tactics abilities to 70 munitions
-All M16s have recived a nerf, for standard slot item M16s its been very minimal, more to just bring it better in line with preivous weapon changes, however for elite M16s, elite M16s being Paratroopers and whenever elite units pick up the slot item, they have been greatly nerferd
-The suppresion output of the Paratroopers' Fire Superiority ability

Soviet Changes:

-Rifle Infantry have seen a slight increase to close range damage output, as they were not performing as well as projected

West German Changes:

-OTO Melara Mod 56 105mm Pack Howitzer's HEAT Barrage has been turned into a single HEAT Direct Strike ability that operates like the 10.5cm lefh version
-The UH-1 Huey Gunships machineguns have had their dps by a larger margin reduced in exchange for the ability supress targets
-Made the plane in the Sector Sweep ability a loiter instead of just a pass that lasts through most of the ability

-All Mainline infantry (Rifle Infantry, Grenadiers, Riflemen, Arbeiterschützen, and Infantry Section) have seen weapon rebalances, although I can't state all the specific changes here, overall the matchups should looks somewhat like this at close range:
Rifle Infantry>Riflemen>Grenadiers>Infantry Section>Arbeiterschützen
and at long range it should look like this:
Arbeiterschützen>Infantry Section>Grenadiers>Riflemen>Rifle Infantry
The only thing to note about the above is that the Infantry Section is presumably bolstered to have that power
