- Removed Supply equipment from the mod. Now Support Equipment acts as supplies for troops
- Infrastructure to supply decreased to 1.05 from 1.15. Supply from damaged infrastructure decreased to 0.2 from 0.3. Supply from trains and trucks reduced slightly.
- Fixed Resource clip inside production screen
- Added new education related decision if in an alliance or positive relations with Polis
- Hansa, Redline & Rangers now begin with 1 doctrine tech unlocked
- AI nations should now prioritise spending army XP on doctrine
- Slightly buffed max HP and max org of all support teams
- Increased reliability of all infantry equipment slightly
- Added new bandit-related civic laws

- Removed Resource gain percentage modifier for Semyonovich. Increased Political power gain by 1.5%
- Increased Armans trait : Shrewd to provide an extra 5% enemy justify war goal time
- Islam war stability factor reduced to 10% instead of 20%
- Hermann now provides reliability on all support weapons
- Maksimenko training time reduction increased to 10%
### Education Reforms ###
- Added new education decisions which give active research bonuses
- Extended timer for education reforms to 300 days, maximum clamp of 1440 days (2 years)
- Purchasing Books & Discussing with Administrators now increase cost and duration incrementally
- Added new generic voicelines
- Added new Hanza voicelines
- Remoxed officer corps overlay UI to select advisors. Hopefully this shall rectify crashing issues

- Removed Spec ops gain multiplier on Spec Ops Equipment tech
- Changed Infantry Attire techs. Now provide recovery rate, reduced training speed and reinforce rate
- Spetsnaz Spec Ops hardness increased slightly
- Base Spec Ops reliability increased
- Reduced negative affects from poor education civic laws since AI cannot appropriately catchup and lag-off techwise early game
- Extra 2 Civilians added to Hanseatic Leage. Starting Resources improved slightly

- increased default morale of infantry to 0.45
