- After some negotiations, the Master of Dry Station has come back to rule Sukharevskaya

- Implemented new Education Advancement system, overwriting the old Civic System
- Added new leader to Revolutionists and advisors
- Added new advisor set to Revolutionists and Hulaipole
- Removed Hanza economic and political subversion as it was bloated, and was causing way too many issues.
- Increase Spec Ops org and recovery rate slightly
- Decreased entrenchment of infantry somewhat
- Aftermath of the Hanza-Redline war now provides negative max planning, and attack debuff against majors
- added back Miller as a leader for Spartans
- Added memorial to will berratte, who recently died heroically fighting in eastern europe earlier this week

- Updated the mod to run on new 1.13 build
- Be warned. As it is playable, I can no way confirm 100% stability. Expect the unexpected. Also many of the new systems haven't been fully introduced into the mod.

- Refactored Localisation for Countries , Ministers and Advisors to their own seperate files for easier translation
- Changed Red Line Decisions. New GFX and altered costs
- Reich Now recieve 1 research slot in their industry tech tree
- Refactored AI weights for majors. Now they'll prioritise vehicles less and infantry research more
- Added War-Room related decisions for minors and majors who are strapped for military research and army XP
- Refactored weights for Random Events firing slightly.
