Major Battle Changes
- reduced overall health per soldier (increased Hero/General entity health)
- extra health depends on unit shield quality
- re-balanced ranged damage
- re-balanced a great number of unit weapon types
- generals will stay behind own lines more often

-- battles will be more visceral and produce more casualties, especially at the beginning of the battle

Campaign Changes
- reduced costs of Generals/Heroes
- reduced unit count of Generals/Heros
- reduced happiness bonuses for Generals/Heroes

-- allows to have more generals/armies active at the same time and give player and AI more choice
