General/Hero Motivation/Loyalty Overhaul
- motivation can only be gained by winning battles
- motivation is lost when loosing battles
- motivation is lost every turn
- motivation loss per turn is negated if character specific trait is met
- added various new character specific traits
- minimum motivation is now 0
- motivation has only positive effects (while being above 0)

Fixes
- added citizen unit to Odysseus citizen/growth building chain
