New:

  • Reenabled previously disabled events due to technical reasons
  • Added Beacon Jamming event
  • Added Hostage situation mission
  • Added "Clown Delivery System" item
  • Added new custom event sprites

Changes:

  • Lots of compatibility changes for the PvP update (NPC gear, transition levels...)
  • Takeover changes: mostly some code cleanup, hopefully no bugs
  • You need -30 reputation with the opposite faction to start the takeover questline.
  • Split the takeover military radio into 2, so you need to get a new radio from the military officer in outposts.
  • Habitation-type outposts increase the chance of upgrading nearby outposts more consistently
  • No more Lair in cold caverns (this caused problems, might come back)
  • Added new husks to husk lairs
  • Some outpost commonness adjustments (less construction in early biomes)
  • Industrial incident is slightly easier to complete
  • Bandits have more ammo, less utility items

Fixes:

  • Fixed bad waypoints on some modules
  • Fixed NPCs not spawning on proper spawnpoints
  • Fixed quest givers not reacting to aggression (npcwaitaction)
  • Fixed huskbodybag event having a duped line

  • Added silence witness mission
  • Added oxygen generator malfunction event

Changes:

  • Abyssals in Hunting Grounds now roam the main path, instead of sitting in the abyss (experimental).
  • Music CDs use variantof (no gameplay change but if something breaks about music this is why)
  • Improved music speaker sprite (uses future vanilla assets and functionality)

Fixes:

  • Updated colony description to mention sub upgrades
  • Fixed clown modules not having power
  • Fixed clown module door not connecting
  • Fixed crew module not having power
  • Fixed huskbodybag event using wrong loop
  • Fixes to pirate toll event; no longer cheesable by ignoring the nav terminal, hopefully nothing broke
  • Fixed engine malfunction always failing the skill check

  • New Wet Cargo mission

Changes:

  • Increased the amount of outposts appearing in Great Sea and Hydrothermal wastes. The lack of outposts was locking players out of buying and upgrading submarines to proceed to the end due to the hull upgrade requirements.
  • Reduced the probability of hunting grounds destroying outposts. Before all outposts adjacent to hunting grounds would have a 100% chance of getting destroyed. Now the smallest outposts have a 50% chance of being destroyed per turn, and a smaller % for the largeer outposts. This allows players to actually rescue outposts before they get destroyed.
  • Submarine upgrades are now available at colonies (civilian outpost before cities)
  • Outposts destroyed by hunting grounds turn into destroyed stations
  • Pirate outposts turn into destroyed stations after clearing them
  • Finally done with outpost decorations (or am I)

Fixes:

  • Fixed Hunting grounds destroying stations with a proxmity of 2 instead of just adjacent stations
  • Fixed broken unrepairable Bertha pirate sub
  • Some pirate sub fixes
  • Some outpost waypoint fixes

  • Piezo chipper event (it's not much but it's honest work)

Changes:

  • Merchants adjusted in some military outposts (and blockade module itself)
  • More outpost decorations (almost done...)
  • Reduced bandit reputation loss for killing pirate ships (from -5 to -2)
  • Made reactor visible on mining outpost

Fixes:

  • Removed wasteblood item from loot pool (was deleted)
  • Made military radio reusable in the same round
  • Various Fixes to manual takeovers
  • Fixes to outpost idcards not opening secure cabinets
  • Fixed mutated crawler objective marker not showing on sonar (still might spawn on your sub, stupid bug)
  • Fixed missing ecclesiast NPC that prevented completing husk quest

  • Added the ability to take over any outpost. Unlocked by completing an official takeover mission.
  • Added "Military Radio" which is used to start a takeover on any station.
  • Added the ability to destroy stations by blowing up their reactor and killin 90% of the inhabitants. (Construction Sites and Surveys need to be flooded to 50% instead)
  • Added Orange Boy transport mission (and event...)
  • Added a few new hallways.

Changes:

  • Seargents will now hand you a new military radio should you have lost yours.
  • Empty cans now give 1 aluminium with a 33.3% chance when deconstructing them instead of a guaranteed 0.5 aluminium.
  • Church of Husk locations will now generate on empty spaces if no church is within 4 steps.
  • Outpost modules now have exterior decorations so they look better (for the most part)

Fixes:

  • Fixed some outpost modules having the wrong hull HP which made them easily destroyable.
  • Fixed ducky suit showing the wrong resistances
  • Fixes to bad waypoints in modules
  • Fix to Kira event crash

  • Added "Retrieve artifact" mission... or is it?
  • Added "Industrial Stress" mission
  • Added 2 new modules (crew, cafeteria)

Changes:

  • Better exterior visuals for many modules (no more floating grey boxes)
  • Starter reputation for Coalition/Separatists changed from +15/-10 to +10/-5
  • Increased required reputation for takeovers (takeovers started too early in the campaign)
  • Factories buy items for a very low price, except requested items
  • Made the "head researcher" NPC from mission harder to kill
  • Adjusted mission rewards (weird rep gains and huge bounties)
  • Toned down ice spires a little in some biomes
  • Put all of the more "special" missions in a single eventset, minimum difficulty to 30+

Fixes:

  • Fixed drinks giving an absurd amount of medical skill
  • Fixed compatibility issues related to broken weapons (hopefully)
  • Fixes to Kazuya Kumo event
  • Fixed reactor sale event only checking coalition rep
  • Fixed takeover event nuking the wrong reputation

  • Made job boards only interactable while they are actively offering missions
  • Construction crates are less expensive now
  • Using vanilla cave presets now (you won't notice the change)

  • Fixed job boards activating extremely rarely and not respecting the "always" setting when configured via the configurator item
