NEW TRAITS:

CHANGES:
-fixed some flavour text in traits
-adjusted the GunNut trait accordingly to the description and added a negative melee skillgain
-removed all copied core traits from the mod except the ones that are opposites and conflict with some from the mod
-all traits are now equal commonality except super traits
-super traits are less rare now aswell(they never really appeared so i hope this changes that a bit)
-Added Support For [SYR] Trait Value
-completely overhauled all traits in the mod converting them to singular traits(traits will most likely reroll because of this)
-Enhanced Now gives movement speed and take less damage
-the Drug Dealer trait now improves drug sell price

-fixed the name of Pain Immunity
-overhauled a vast majority of the traits(they will now add skillgains depending on what the trait is)
-removed a bit of copied codes from core(i will slowly remove portions every update)
-fixed a few descriptions on traits
