* HLP_Kokan_RAAS_v1_CAF_INS had the 60v40 on the wrong team
* Maybe anvil lighting works now?
* Maybe yeho v1/v4/invasion v1 is proper shadow brightness now?

* Swapped GB for AUS on Yeho Light Layer (HLP_Yehorivka_RAAS_v1_AUS_RU)
* Added AUS kits to ISAF on Chora Invasion v1
* Anvil RAAS v1 vanilla factions switch to AUS v MEA
* Lashkar RAAS v3 switched to Sunset lighting from cancer sand storm, vanilla factions switched to AUS
* Anvil Invasion changed to MEA v AUS
* Adjusted HLP Skorpo RAAS v1 vanilla factions to use something more reasonable (still CAF v RU), reduced to 300 tix per side

* Slightly reduced fog level in HLP_Skorpo_RAAS_v1 to be closer to pre-2.12 levels

Updated display names of all layers that use faction variations to include it to help with admin setting maps

* All Invasion layers have a forward light vehicle on first point that doesnt respawn
* Slightly brightened shadows on Yeho Dark Sunset lighting
* Slightly brightened shadows on Yeho Low Fog Sunrise lighting
* Fixed main protection zone on HLP_Yehorivka_RAAS_v4 and v3 and variants

New Layers
* HLP_Yehorivka_Seed_v1 => A standard OWI seeding layer around the airfield. Bunch of added assets. CAF v RU. Unfortunately, due to modding limitations the map border does not work. I cheated with restriction zones though, so itll still lock players in.

Layer Changes
* Reduced ticket counts on "very light" vehicle layers (Yeho, Skorpo, Goose GB v RU layers)
* Adjusted Yeho custom sunset lighting (RAAS v4, Invasion v1) to have more GI to reduce black voids in shadows, it is still definitely a dark layer though
* HLP_Yehorivka_RAAS_v4_MIL_RU => Adjusted MIL vehicle balance
* HLP_Chora_Invasion_v1 => Fixed some INS assets
* HLP_GooseBay_RAAS_v1 => Rebalanced flag layout slightly to remove some potential large jumps
