* HLP_GooseBay_RAAS_v3_CAF_AUS => Mechanized
* HLP_Chora_PAAS_v1 => Parallel AAS with two mid points, CAF Logar (no logi) faction setup at TT's request

Invasion Changes
* Increase invasion staging time to 3m
* Added a midpoint defender spawn for the first 5 minutes of the game. It will have a few lighter vehicles to get to the front earlier, depending on the layer may also have a logi
* Increased first point "base" spawn duration to 5 minutes, so will last 2 minutes after staging ends

* Changed to rainstorm lighting

* Removed island Gas Station cap point. It may return when vehicles can cross water

General Changes
* Added 1 extra logi to defenders on all Invasion layers
* Reduced staging time on Invasion to 2 minutes (keep in mind both teams are staging locked), this is to reduce downtime for both teams

v2.16 Update

- Added hellcannons to ins faction setups
- Removed ATGMs on select invasion layers where they are too oppressive
- Removed emplaced mortars on select layers where too oppressive, replaced with Mortar Techi where possible
- Added new CAF vehicles to several layers
- Crossing fingers Anvil works again

* All RAAS INS/MIL layers have been adjusted from 60v40 => 56v44, bringing the team difference from 20=>12
* Most RAAS INS/MIL layers have had the UB-32 truck removed

locking that out of INS just feels unfair
