Changes
* Slightly adjust water depth on Kokan Flooded (RAAS and Invasion) so theres less "UNDERWATER" warnings when its not actually underwater
* Remove nothern insertion zone from caps on Yeho v1
* All layers that have GRAD must have at least 2

* Removed Manic-5 Layers, new Manicouagan layers will come at a later date
* Did a sweep of all layers to fix helipad references. 4.3 changed these, if any are missing please bring it up in Discord
