SATCOM PATCH NOTES - August 25th, 2022
THE AIR ASSAULT UPDATE - VERSION 1.9

Map Changes:
-Added a NEW map:
-Moab_RTS_v1

Miscellaneous Changes / Bug Fixes:
-Added fully functional RCON Admin message functionality.
-Fixed issue where a commander would not be kicked out of the console after a mutiny.
-Fixed issue where the console/commander pawn was not controllable if a previous commander alt+F4'd or suddenly disconnected with the console open.

SATCOM PATCH NOTES - August 20th, 2022
THE AIR ASSAULT UPDATE - VERSION 1.8

Vehicle Changes:
-M163 VADS Rearm cost reduced from 60 to 50.
-2K22M Tunguska Rearm cost reduced from 90 to 75.
-New audio for M134 Minigun.
-New audio for GShG-7.62mm rotary machine gun.
-Updated aircraft price decals.
-Slight increase in health of AAVP from 1200 to 1500.
-Logi Helicopter base price increased to 1250.
-Logi Helicopters replaced w/ new vehicles.
-Two new vehicles:

-UH-60 (M134)
-Mi-8 (Kord)

-CAS Helicopter M134 minigun MOA increased from 4 to 8.
-CAS Helicopter GShG rotary gun MOA increased from 4 to 9.
-CAS Helicopter GShG rotary gun ammo count increased from 2667 to 3000.
-UH-60 M134 minigun MOA increased from 8 to 34.
-Mi-8 Kord HMG will no longer overheat.
-Implemented code allowing for turret gunners to not rotate with the turret (no more clipping through vehicle mesh).
-Logistics helicopters will no longer occasionally explode on the helipad when spawned.

Building Changes:
-Artillery can no longer be built under oil derricks.
-War Factory vehicle rollout fix. Vehicles will now roll out again.
-Vehicle preview mesh cleanup.

Miscellaneous/Bug Fixes:
-More accessed none / ref fixes.
-Various layer fixes.
-Fixed issue on Mutaha layers where eastern Resource Depot was wedged in between buildings.
-Fixed issue on Mutaha Seeding layers where two sets of HQs would spawn.
-Fixed issue on Talil_RTS_v1 where an extraneous resource depot was present to the south of the map.
-Server performance stability improvements.
-UI Tooltip fixes.

THE AIR ASSAULT UPDATE - VERSION 1.7

Map Changes:
-Sandbox: Initial polish texturing on new raised terrain.
-Sandbox: Quite the bit of layout work on mid point, Centralised Resource point, made RU road incline less steep. Positioned oil derrick in a more mutual loaction.
-Sandbox: Updated Central Oil derrick flag locations to new static mesh postions. Moved Repair stations spawners into resource depot ontainers (Mid/inbetween containers).
-Improved visual fidelity of sanbox night
-Added 8 new layers:

Weapon Changes:
-Reduced MANPAD rearm cost from 170 to 160.

Building Changes:
-Reduced Fragmentation damagetype multiplier against buildings from .1 to .033.
-Reduced Fragmentation damagetype multiplier against the HQ from .1 to 0.
-Increased HAT damagetype multiplier against all buildings from .1 to .15.
-Howitzer minimum damage radius reduced from 6m to 5m.


Vehicle Changes:
-Vehicle wrecks will now self-detonate after five minutes.
-Vehicles in which the operator can be killed will now self-detonate after five minutes of being unattended.
-Vehicles in which the operator cannot be killed will now self-detonate after ten minutes of being unattended.
-Tunguska wreck now looks more "wrecked."
-Increased maximum range of heavy attack helicopter autocannon penetration by 20% to allow for better combat against medium-armored targets at longer ranges .
-Decreased explosive radial damage falloff of heavy attack helicopter autocannons by 16.6667%.
-Increased heliborne ATGM range from 1100m to 1200m.
-Very slightly increased effectiveness of flares.
-Decreased MOA of all CAS helicopter rockets by 25%.
-Tier 1 CAS helicopter rotary gun damagetype changed from SmallArms to Kinetic for better performance in taking out unarmored targets.
-Reduced tier 1 CAS heli rotary gun penetration from 9mm to 8mm
-Increased price of Tier 1 CAS helicopters from 2250 to 2300.
-M163 VADS 20mm autocannon heat generation reduced by 50%.
-M163 VADS 20mm autocannon MOA increased from 9 to 18.

Miscellaneous Changes / Bug Fixes:
-Fixed issue where faction setups were not referencing the correct radio and mortar blueprints.
-Fixed issue causing excessively long server logs. Fix for a potential memory leak.
-AA Kit claims no longer override HAT Kit claims.
-Playercontroller binds "unposses console" event on player spawn instead of on begin play.
-Fixed several Accessed None errors.
-Removed unncessary playercontroller reference saved in every building on the server.
-Fixed bug on TalilOutskirts_RTS_v2_Seeding where pre-spawned vehicles could not be entered.
-Fixed bug on Sandbox_RTS_v5 where shadows were pitch black.
-Reworked Attack Heli turrets to be more cpu/memory friendly.
-Fixed Construction decals on helipad resource depot.
-UI Tooltip fixes.

THE AIR ASSAULT UPDATE - VERSION 1.6

Gameplay Changes:
-HQ Door is bulletproof and can be made to only respond to commander.
-All Infantry fighting kits spawn with full small-arms ammo.
-Infantry fighting SLs now have shovels.
-Second AA kit now unlocked at 12 players, up from 10.
-Mortar rounds now only deal fragmentation damage.
-Increased mortar damage by 25 from 350 to 375.
-Reduced mortar damage falloff from 7 to 3.5.
-Possible AA Kit / HAT Kit Restriction fix.

Vehicle Changes:
-Yaw maneuverability of AH-6 increased slightly.

Building Changes:
-Added list of ground vehicle prices to the side of the War Factory.
-Added list of aerial vehicle prices on the ramp of the Helipad.
-Increased Oil Derrick passive resource generation by 16.667% (700 per 5 min).
-Oil Derrick prices increased from 2400 to 2800.
-Map-based Oil Derrick health reduced from 2200 to 2000.

-UAV code modified to be more CPU friendly on player clients.

-When a prerequisite building is sold or destroyed, any building that was under construction that required that building is canceled.
-HQ adds doors automatically. No longer needed in persistent level.
-Commander room protected by commander-only door.
-Reorganized layer formatting to allow for easier layer editing and creation.
-Deleted redundant map geometry files.

SATCOM PATCH NOTES - August 10th, 2022
THE AIR ASSAULT UPDATE - VERSION 1.5

Gameplay Changes:
-Infantry SLs now always spawn with a rallypoint.
-Fixed bug where only 2 LAT kits could be selected instead of 3 per Squad.

Vehicle Changes:
-Logi trucks and transport trucks now automatically self-detonate after five minutes of being unattended to improve server health.

Building Changes:
-Removed circular part of HQ tower (making that area shorter) and made sure "fins" are not climbable
-Building Husks will now delete themselves after 5 minutes.
-Added AA Turrets
-Increased AA and AT Turret power consumption from 50 to 60.
-Rebalanced All Defensive Turrets:
-US MG Turret firerate reduced from 1000 to 535.
-RU MG Turret firerate reduced from 950 to 705.
-MG Turret Damage-Per-Minute reduced from 22500 to 15000.
-AT Turret damage per shot set to 3000.
-AT Turret MOA set to 10.
-AT Turret muzzle velocity set to 1350 m/s.
-AA Turret Damage-Per-Minute set to 60,000.
-AA Turret Range set to 625m.
-AA Turret MOA set to 30.
-Reduced Oil Derrick Price from 2500 to 2400.
-Reduced Oil Derrick energy consumption from 40 to 35.
-Reduced price of armored logis from 1000 to 800 (pls use them).
-Extended repair area of Helipads

Bug Fixes:
-Possible fix to a bug where players hear "vehicle ready" or "aircraft ready" but nothing spawns, and the ammo points are gone. Requires testing in a live server.
-Fixed an alignment issue withe AT turret barrel, causing it to miss when it should not

Misc:
-Mod updates are now cross-compiled for both Windows and Linux (to allow for Linux server hosting)
