THE BASE BREACHER UPDATE - VERSION 2.3 HOTFIX

Building Changes:
-HQ:
-Refined some light culling portals in the HQ interior playspace/
-Added a dedicated PostProcess zone to the HQ to increase interior visibility.
-HQ now has a buffer foundation at its back to cover up landscape visibility holes.
-SATCOM Uplink damage multiplier reduced from 5x to 2x.
-Seeding Layer HQ now correctly generates 4x Non-Seeding Layer amounts of resources.
-Added pre-built sandbag defenses to HQs.
-Walls:
-Overhauled walls to have better collision and snap together cleanly.

Vehicle Changes:
-SPAA:
-Corrected issue where SPAA vehicles had an incorrect max FCS range of 10,000m instead of 1,000m.
-Armored Logi/FOV vehicles:
-Armored Logi spawning uses rally spawn (no rearming) but customized with different (cache spawn) icon.

Miscellaneous Changes + Bug Fixes:
-Russians no longer have access to the Construction Derrick
-M4 first person sounds fixed.
-Fixed HQ map markers not showing up.
-Removed blocking volume from Sandbox preventing teams from accessing the very bottom of the basement.

THE BASE BREACHER UPDATE - VERSION 2.3

Today's the day!
Gameplay Changes:
-NEW GAME LOOP 2.0 HAS BEEN RELEASED, HERE IS THE RUNDOWN:
-The HQ has been dramatically increased in size and has been given a large, sprawling underground basement. This change comes with the addition of an underground spawn and an aboveground spawn as spawn options.
-Once the HQ reaches 50% HP, the HQ will no longer take damage from external sources and will be flagged as "Breached." A SATCOM Uplink terminal located deep underground at the heart of the HQ will then have to be destroyed.
-Once breached, The HQ's safezone doors will be automatically forced open. The back of the HQ will also be blown off of the structure, providing 4 different vectors for attack.
-Once breached, the HQ's aboveground spawn will disappear and no longer be usable. The underground and Barracks spawnpoints will still function.
-Attackers will have to fight their way down, meter-by-meter, into the heart of the HQ and destroy a SATCOM Uplink terminal.
-Both Attackers and Defenders may build within the underground sections of the HQ, provided they are within a FOB radius. It may be a good idea to set up a radio above ground!
-Destroy the SATCOM uplink terminal to win the game! See you out there, soldiers!
-Anti-Air Kits:
-Anti-Air Kits will now obey the same unlock rules as vanilla Squad Specialist kits. This means they should no longer override or interfere with kit selections of other players.
-Anti-Air Kit Team Limits set to a maximum of 2.
-The first Anti-Air kit is now unlocked at 5 players.
-The second Anti-Air kit is now unlocked at 15 players.
-Anti-Air kit squad size requirement set to 3.
-Anti-Air kit specialist restrictions set to vanilla. You may not have more than 2 specialists in a Squad.
-Commander:
-Artillery is now limited to a maximum build limit of 5.
-Commander support abilities now cost construction to use. If needed, an ammo cost can be added on as well.
-UAV costs 300 construction per use.
-Artillery costs 600 construction per use.
-Addition of Mobile Spawn Points / Forward Outpost Vehicles. See Vehicle Changes for more info.
-Seeding layers have been enhanced.
-Seeding layer HQs now generate resources at 4x the non-seeding rate.
-Seeding layer map oil derricks now generate resources at 4x the non-seeding rate.
-Seeding layer HQs start with 25,000 ammo and construction points.
-Seeding layers now have no kit restrictions. Go wild!

Map Changes:
-Increased size of pre-game staging zones to accomodate much larger HQ playspace.
-Removed instances of grass and other foliage clipping into the HQ mesh.
-Corrected spelling of Tallil.
-All layers have been renamed with an improved naming system to provide more information to players. The FAQ and Steam Workshop page will be updated to reflect them. Here are the new layer names:

Building Changes:
-Reduced effectiveness of Thermite damagetype from 3x to 1x damage multiplier against all base buildings.
-Buildings can now be limited in count.
-HQ:
-Maximum health reduced to 6000 from 6600.
-Starting vehicle placement has been modified.
-HQ will not take damage externally past 50% HP.
-Overhauled with a brand new model.
-Exterior size has been increased by approximately 1.5x.
-Interior has been overhauled into a large, sprawling playspace.
-HQ interior props and furnishings are placeholder assets. We please request feedback on how the HQ interior plays before additional changes are made!
-The HQ now has two spawnpoints. One aboveground, and one underground.
-Passive income increased from 12 points every 5 seconds to 20 points every 5 seconds.
-Added SATCOM Uplink.
-Added dedicated seeding layer HQ variant.
-Seeding Layer HQ variant generates passive income at 4x that of a non-seeding layer.
-SATCOM Uplink:
-Vital to Gameloop 2.0.
-Located at the heart of the HQ.
-Shares a health pool with the HQ.
-SATCOM Uplink must be destroyed in order to destroy the HQ.
-Takes damage from all sources that would normally damage other base buildings.
-Walls:
-Ultra Wall removed.
-High wall height increased by 1.5x.
-Medium wall height increased by 1.5x
-Constructible Oil Derrick:
-Price reduced from 2800 to 2400.
-Energy consumption increased from 35 to 40.
-Renamed to Ammo Derrick.
-Ammo Derricks will now only provide ammo points. Construction point deposits do not apply.
-Passive income increased from 12 points every 5 seconds to 20 points every 5 seconds.
-Map Oil Derrick:
-Passive income increased from 12 points every 5 seconds to 20 points every 5 seconds.
-Passive income on maps where Oil Derricks generate half income increased from 5 points to 10 points.
-This value is 4x for seeding layers.
-Turrets:
-MG Turret targeting offsets updated.
-AT Turret targeting offsets updated.

-MG Turret traversal speed reduced from 300 to 50.

Vehicle Changes:
-Armored Logistics Vehicles:
-Armored Logistics Vehicles have been given the ability to act as Mobile Spawn Points, or Forward Outpost Vehicles.
-Whenever the vehicle engine is turned off, the vehicle will act as a spawn point for your entire team, and will appear on the map for all teammates to see. This spawn point has a respawn timer of 30 seconds. Rapidly redeploy forces across the entire map in no time!
-Base price increased from 800 to 1600.
-M-ATV M240 CROWS:
-Removed.
-New Vehicle: AAVP-7A1 APC
-Equipped with 1x HMG and 1x Grenade Launcher as armament.
-Heavily armored, but slow with average armament.
-Designed to be a counterpart to the RU BTR-82A.
-Price has been set at 1300 Ammo Points.
-SPAA Vehicles:
-Dramatically optimized performance of SPAA UI widgets.
-SPAA vehicles have been given a Fire Control System.

THE AIR ASSAULT UPDATE - VERSION 2.2

Vehicle Changes:

-Increased maximum speed of AAA vehicle turret traversal speed from 75 to 90.
-AH-6 GAU-19/A now requires a Research Facility.
-Mi-8TVK now requires a Research Facility.

NEW FEATURE:
-All Heavy Attack Helicopter turrets now have a FIRE CONTROL SYSTEM. Aim where you want to fire and the onboard computer will automatically adjust your turret to compensate and ensure that you hit your target.

-Heavy Attack Helicopter base price increased to 6000.
-NPPU-23 Turret MOA reduced from 14.5 to 9.5.
-Increased damage range of Heavy Attack Helicopter turrets from 2500m to 3000m.
-Heliborne ATGM range increased from 1200m to 2000m.
-Heliborne ATGM damage increased from 1770 to 1800.

Map Changes:

Gameplay Changes:
-Crewman kits now require two members in a squad.
-Pilot kits now require two members in a squad.
-Rallypoint spawn times reduced from 60s to 30s.
-HAB spawn times reduced from 45s to 25s.

-Increased Replication priority of helicopters. (less rubberbanding)
