Added a potential fix for the client desync issues with island boards
Added tag "Aspect" to better support custom aspects
Added scripting zone over the spirit boards - when new Aspects are dropped in it, they will be recognised and used
Added toggle to Exploratory - to more easily toggle all at the same time
Added Weekly Challenges - randomly generated challenged each week, that is useable on any player count and has an Standard and Hard Difficulty

Added a decal to stacked Presence to show they are a Sacred Site - for single Presence Sacred Sites (e.g. Rivers) the Presence has a second state
Added broadcasts when choosing River, Shroud, Starlight, or Fractured, explaining some features related to that spirit
Added broadcasts for the Blight, Habsburg, Dahan Insurrection, and The Great River loss conditions
Added an "Explore" button - next to the Advance Invader Cards button - to flip the top card in the Invader Deck
Added Speed Tokens to Lightning - their main functionality is making Powers Fast for Blitz
Added a hotkey and context menu item to discard power cards (thanks Emptyset)
Added Fast/Slow tags to Power Cards - Blitz will reduce the cost of Fast Power Cards
Added Fear tag to Fear Cards and Terror Level Dividers - fixing face up Fear Card not being earned
