Fixed bug with advance invader cards and discard pile

Added global lock to colour change code
Added a button to Slave Rebellion to return it to the Event Deck
Added a Forget option to the context menu (right click) on power cards (Thanks Emptyset )
Added hotkeys to Remove/Destroy a Piece, Forget a Power, and Advance Invader Cards
Added a "Pay" button in front of each spirit, it will reduce Energy counters and remove Energy tokens (Energy tokens will only be used if the Energy counter is unlocked/deleted)
Removed Energy being cleaned up during Time Passes
Removed Energy tokens from the "Energy Cost" (so it will no longer be negative)
Made it so expansions are check boxes
Made it so Isolate/Defend Tokens in player areas are removed in Time Passes
Made it so JSON config now supports blight card list, rather than a single card (Second Wave uses this)
Made it so "Gain a Spirit" will show which aspect you would be playing with

Added extra height to the Turn Order UI Panel which should work for all resolutions
Made it so Island Boards manually placed will also be scaled up if the setting is enabled (for Dream of an Untouched Land or custom setups)
Fixed Nature's Connection not going into the minor discard pile
Fixed infinite recursion bug with time passes
Fixed bug where after shuffling power deck, you couldn't gain any more power cards
Fixed toggle bug with standard UI elements (power buttons, time passes button, and ready text)
Fixed bug where swapping seats with a player would break the game (thanks Dewin)

Added 3 buttons infront of each player - allowing you to: change your colour without placement, change placement without changing colour, and swap to another spirit (i.e. when playing multihanded) (Thanks Dewin)
Added a button for Second Wave - exporting the relevant information to a tab in the Notebook, allowing for ease when playing loading any waves after the first
Added a bag for Second Wave, intended for storing the side aside Power Cards
Added a broadcast for when a player changes difficulty randomizer without enabling any random option
Changed game config format (so JSON from previous build may not be compatible anymore)
Made it so Element tokens outside of scripted zones will now count for global element counting (relevant for Elemental Invocation, remember to place 2 down)
Made it so Guard the Isle's Heart will now deal power cards to players who have already selected a spirit
Made it so Russia will check for loss condition and broadcast when it has been met
Made it so Time passes will now remove spent energy, and make change when applicable
Made it so only players with Spirits will have their area cleaned up during time passes
Fixed bug where Thematic setup got the extra Beasts and Disease

Added new variant option for 10% larger island boards (thanks @Tomprince)
Added a new notebook tab ("Game Config) - The json from the notebook will be read and used for setup options (useful for Second Wave and Community Challenges)
Added isolate token bag to player dashboard - there is a hotkey for adding these
Removed reminder tokens from beside Spirit Boards
Made it so unlocked Isolate Tokens will be cleaned up during time passes
Fixed a bug where the Power Card UI couldn't be moved
Fixed bug with scoring where blight and dahan weren't weighted per board

Revamped the UI - which include new features like sliders and dropdowns
Added "Variant Rules" - new features, e.g. playing with 1 more island board than players, and options which the player previously had no choice over, e.g. excluding the Strange Madness Among Beasts event card
Added "Exploratory" - changes to the game Eric Reuss is interested in hearing feedback from but aren't official
