Updated "Reveal Map" to find more stuff a bit more efficiently.
Updated ship "faction transfer" to set a ships order to "Patrol", otherwise they will be on "Hold Position" indefinitely, if they had no orders prior to the transfer or if they were in a error state.
Updated the mod handling of station crew and defensive crew, when a station ownership transfer happens.
Updated the mod handling of station ownership transfer to also include the build plot to be fully paid as well, if it was unpaid before (to stop hostile actions against these stations).
Updated "Add Staff" of stations to fix spawned managers sometimes freezing up once spawned.
Moved the "Spawned Ships" & "add blueprints" Data file to its own mod (the main mod will still try and add these thou a lot of stuff my be missing from Player mods or of locked content). iseeu0 cheat assistant 2
Fixed "spawned ships" ignoring some of the manually added ships like: "hydra regal" and other ships. (It was related to the data file and how it got applied, it is fixed now and it needs the 'assistant2' mod now to work properly)
