--fixed bug during Rebel Setup Deployment. Clicking "Continue Anyway" when an invalid rebel deployment was detected was not continuing. Now it will continue.

--added hotseat detection. If hotseat is detected, the script will not ping the table. Pinging the table with Hotseat active will crash the script if the player is not set to white. This game cannot be played in hotseat because of the need for secrecy. I can see people using hotseat for testing purposes though.

--fixed a small bug: When not playing RotE, Rebel Leaders did not have the "Detain this leader" (#) button. Now they do.

--fixed a bug where the Tow Cables advanced tactics was not recognizing an AT-AT in the theater, so it would incorrectly state that the correct units were not present.

--Added Setup choices for "First Game", "Advanced", and "Custon".
--First Game setup sets loyalties and deployments according to the Learn to Play guide. You can play this option with Rise of the Empire, but the deployment will always be the base game deployment with this choice.
--Advanced setup is the usual way to setup a game, and follows the Advanced Setup rules in the Learn to Play guide, and rulebook.
--Custom is a choice that does not draw probe cards, or set loyalties. It prompts the players to set up the board how they like, and ignore any starting deployment rules.
