updated CI single build config to use the proper format (so it should actually work)
no longer modifies vanilla expanded mags for chemthrowers (use thier own version!)

Chemthrower overwatch now works with Gaurdian and the LW2 perk pack's Sentinal and Rapid Reaction perks.
Immolator overwatch will no longer contiuously hammer a single target if you get multiple reserve AP.

Thermal Shock now considers targets chilled by Arctic Rounds to be chilled.

moved ice canister activation ability over to Bitterfrost Protocol.
Remove refrences to a useless missing asset. (solves some dumb logspam)

chemthrower attacks now have cinecam and screenshake and all that jazz. (and a reload animation!) Iridar doin' good work.
fixed the sparkthrower array not working the way it's supposed to. probably.
removed the pilot light from perk weapons, so canisters/etc will no longer have double pilot lights during use.

Canisters/Chemstorm can now init their abilities for sparkthrowers.
emptied the sparkthrower array. you can stick 'em back in if you like, but the "other half" isn't ready.

Fixed Fuel Line not being able to be used alongside Expanded Fuel Tanks. woops.
Chemthrowers can't use non-chemthrower upgrades. This way behaviour is more consistent across mod setups.
Sparkthrowers now allow equiping chemthrower upgrades and canisters as if they were chemthrowers.
Chemical Deflector, Corroding Compounds, Desolate Homeland, Searing Magnesium, Roaring Flames, Specialized Counteragent, Matching Canister should now work with Sparkthrowers.
