  • the diplomatic actions for Brother Kingdoms and Sister Republics to call their overlords to arms have been (temporarily hopefully) disabled, because PDX broke the effect

  • added Viking Settlement
    • A Viking Settlement is a mixture of a Colony and a Tributary State. It behaves like a Colony, but doesn't pay tariffs but tribute. It has less liberty desire than a Colony and the overlord gets access to the 'Support Loyalists' subject interaction to further reduce it. It gets the same bonuses as a Naval March, but weaker. Furthermore it gets 1 colonist and the ability to raid coasts. It gives its overlord a bonus on sailors and naval forcelimit and grants it the ability to raid coasts as well. A Viking Settlement must be Norse and is automatically created a few days after a Colonial Nation spawned in North America, if its overlord is Norse. If the overlord changes religion, the Viking Settlement will be reverted to a Colony again.

  • tweaked the amount of piety Dar al-Sulh Territories gives (now they give 0.1 monthly piety)
  • to establish a Sister Republic between human players trust will not be required anymore
  • added more trade company regions for the releasable West African and East African dominions
  • when releasing a dominion in a trade company region it should be colored in a similar color as your country again
  • added a diplomatic action to seize provinces of trade company dominions that are not in the right trade company region

  • changed trade company dominions units to be applied via sprite pack rather than fixed units, so they should not always be the default western units anymore

  • Frisian and Walloon countries can now become a Dutch Province and the overlord of Dutch Provinces, however AI is less likely to do that
  • fixed a Church Aspect randomly using the name of a Dominion
  • the description in the diplomatic action to make a country a Naval March now shows the correct amount of naval forcelimit it will grant to you (before it just showed the maximum of 25)
  • Dominions and Autonomous Dominions released in Trade Company Regions do no longer get a malus on governing cost
  • it should now be possible to give Dominions and Autonomous Dominions released in Trade Company Regions provinces in peace deals
  • fixed a bug which caused the heir event to spam for theocracies that are a Sister Republic

  • added Administrative Region
    • An Administrative Region is limited in its own diplomacy, does not join its overlord's wars and does not cost a diplomatic relation. It gains a bonus on future ruler's administrative, diplomatic and military skill as well as governing capacity and grants its overlord a bonus on vassal tax and administrative efficiency. Furthermore it grants a bonus for tax income to the vassals of its overlord. Additionally, when a new ruler ascends to the throne in an Administrative Region, the overlord gains the new ruler's skills times 10 in monarch points. A country can only have 1 Administrative Region at the same time. An Administrative Region can be created by countries with at least 100 total development in their neighboring vassals that have a monarchy or theocracy and that have at least 25 development in their capital.

  • Native Reservations cannot be created on countries that are in the western technology group anymore

  • Naval Marches now grant +5 naval forcelimit to the overlord per province they own, capped at 25 (instead of flat 25)
  • removed the Send Officers subject interaction from Naval Marches and instead added a custom diplomatic action that works similar, but gives naval buffs
