  • added new subject Religious March
    • A Religious March is similar to a normal march, but receives bonuses for missionary strength, missionary maintenance cost, cavalry cost, cavalry combat ability and cavalry to infantry ratio. Additionally its overlord can increase their missionary strength and missionary maintenance cost further, in exchange for a higher liberty desire and reduced army morale.

  • fixed a diplomatic action being named wrong in code
  • fixed Dominions in trade company regions getting forced to adopt Colonial Government when they would lose it instantly again
  • forming the Netherlands with the Dutch Province mechanic will now give you an event to choose whether you want to adopt the Dutch Republic government or not
  • Papal Sanctuaries will now become independent if the overlord is not the Papal State anymore
  • the bonus to Imperial Authority from Palatinates is no longer given after Erbkaisertum has been passed as that removes the IA malus from vassal electors
  • minor tweaks to AI acceptance of the diplomatic actions to vassalize a Papal Sanctuary / make it a Theocracy
  • minor tweaks for AI usage of the diplomatic action to call their Fiefs into their current wars
  • all custom march subjects are now no longer available to primitives because the vanilla march is neither
  • the tooltips for the following dip actions being blocked because a subject is not your subject long enough now shows for how long they are your subject already

  • Fiefdoms now cost no diplomatic slot in the Extended Timeline Ages Feudal Age, High Middle Ages and Late Middle Ages (instead of halfed cost)
  • Trade Company Dominions can now be annexed after 30 years
  • Canceling Dutch Provinces cannot be done in January anymore
  • tweaked score AI nations give in the Dutch Province Election:
    • reduced impact from corruption (now amount * -5 instead of -10 before)
    • Power Projection now is also taken into account for the calculation (amount / 4)
  • fixed some Dutch Provinces not getting passed to the new leader after election for some weird reason
  • tweaks to the Dutch Province Reforms
    • changed cost (100 of each Power instead of 200, except for ET time before ADM tech 45)
    • the stability hit can be prevented by completing Administrative or Diplomatic Ideas

  • updated for new EU4 Version (1.32)
  • can toggle that Defensive Marches are called to offensive wars in exchange for higher liberty desire
  • while not in an offensive war, Defensive Marches now give +5% fort defense to the overlord
  • blocked being able to separat peace the overlord of a subject that is the war leader (for some reason that also peaced out the subject)
  • reenabled the diplo actions for Brother Kingdom and Sister Republic to call their overlord to arms in an offensive war (effect was broken in 1.31)
  • some AI tweaks
  • added a diplo action to make a custom march subject to a normal march without having to make them a vassal first
  • tweaked peace offer values to be roughly the same as vassalizing (if appropriate)
  • peace offers for custom subjects now should be invalid for most wars that do not allow vassalization
  • slightly reduced liberty desire from development for the Revolutionary Confederation
  • Defensive Marches don't require to be no primitives anymore

  • added new subject Settler Colony
    • A Settler Colony behaves like a normal colony, but it cannot be made into a Crown Colony, Self-Governing Colony or Private Enterprise. However it can be annexed after 25 years giving the overlord full control over the provinces in the specific colonial region. A Settler Colony can be established on normal colonial nations with their capital in vanilla or Extended Timeline colonial regions after the year 1500.

  • added new subject Agricultural March
    • An Agricultural March is similar to a normal march, but receives bonuses for goods produced, production efficiency, construction cost, manpower and manpower recovery speed. Furthermore its overlord can gain a bonus on goods produced from it as well, in exchange for a higher liberty desire.

  • tweaked the AI acceptance chance for requesting to become an Imperial Feud
    • your development now has a slightly larger impact for the Emperor to decline
  • tweaks for Administrative Region
    • to grant Administrative Effciency, the provinces now need to have at least 20 development (which means to grant you the max of +5% Admin Eff, the subject needs at least 5 provinces with at least 20 development each)
    • the liberty desire from development was slightly reduced
    • the AI should now build less units (since they do not participate in wars anyway)
  • tweaks for Sister Republic
    • reduced the required opinion from 200 to 150
    • additional mutual opinion over 150 now grants additional AI acceptance (up to +15 if both opinions are at 200)
  • the estate privileges Strong Duchies and French Strong Duchies should now consider matching subjects from the mod as well, not only vanilla vassals and marches

  • added Defensive March
    • A Defensive March is similar to a normal march, but receives bonuses focused on defending territory. Furthermore, it does not join the offensive wars of its overlord.

  • tweaks for the mechanic of the Integrated Personal Union
    • changed the way how the chances to inherit it is increased so that it doesn't take as long anymore to reach 100% chance

  • fixed a crash caused by the new EU4 update (1.31.6)

  • added Palatinate
    • A Palatinate behaves like a normal vassal, but does not pay taxes to its overlord. If it is an Elector and its overlord is the Emperor of the HRE, the maluses for having an Elector vassalized are removed. If the overlord is not the Emperor of the HRE, but the third Imperial Reform was passed, the maluses are reduced. Only the Emperor of the HRE can establish Palatinates in Electors of the Empire. Should the overlord lose the Emperorship, the new Emperor will gain an improved "Liberation of Elector" casus belli on them.

  • fixed the flag for India still pointing to the old tag (IND)
  • fixed the new vanilla idea groups not being transfered to a released Trade Company Dominion when it should have been the case
  • added a diplomatic action to transfer vassals and marches to subjects (that are allowed to have subjects on their own but are not independent subjects like tributaries)
  • added a diplomatic action to disallow subjects from annexing/integrating their subjects for some time
  • Fiefdoms are now annexable after 25 years instead of integrateable after 50
  • minor fixes for various subject types (1.31 changed added a few new subject rules which I missed before)
  • fixed/changed the way how the intergration chance for Integrated Personal Unions is increased
    • now the chance increases by +5% every 10 years after 60 years (so if you already had 5 failed chances to integrate them, you get +5%, 6 failed chances +10%, etc)
    • if you get the event to integrate them and you refuse, this is reset so you need another 60 years to get +5% etc.
  • replaced the icon for Puppet States

  • added Banking Family Clan
    • A Banking Family Clan is a voluntary subject, which means it can decide to become independent without an independence war. A Banking Family Clan doesn't cost a relation slot and does not join its overlord's wars. It is independent in its own diplomacy. It has a slightly reduced liberty desire compared to vassals and cannot be annexed. It grants its overlord a bonus on diplomatic reputation and interest per annum and gains a bonus on diplomatic reputation and tax income. About every 10 years the overlord gets an event to interact with the Banking Family Clan. A country can only have 1 Banking Family Clan at the same time and a Banking Family Clan is only allowed to have at max 4 provinces. A Banking Family Clan can be established by independent nations that are a republic or have special government reforms or selected specific idea groups in small republics with highly developed capital provinces.
