-Fixed the bug that gave all see no evil units one additional point of armor. I lowered their armor because that's just not their thing.

-Mild nerf for Hammer Down Squads. Their aim, movement, and damage output were decreased slightly. Hammer down sargeants now have no dodge and decreased defence stats.

-Used a function snatched from bitterfrost protocol to make sure that on loading into strategy missing proving grounds templates will be put in place.

-Lowered the unit numbers of tier one and two See no evil and Maz Hatters pods for tiers one and two in covert op-induced missions.
-Removed some requirements of maz hatter vest, and fire eaters equipement proving ground projects

Hotfix to most recent hotfix
-Fixed spelling error that made Fire eater's equipement grant more health instead of armor
-Mild buff for MTF Fire eaters.

-Fixed the issue with Fire eater's equipement not adding armor points
-Fixed the issue with crashes upon reinforcement arrival on covert actions
-Increased the propability of foundation sites and areas spawning mtf sitreps from 15 to 25 percent

-Fixed issue with other Foundation sites only spawning nine tailed fox sitrep
-Attempted fixing crash issue with site 19 raid. I'm about 75% sure that I fixed i, and 10%sure that i made it worse
(PS. It didn't fix it but the next update surely did)

-Decreased Unit count in pods on Covert action mission Supplimented by Raider faction bases Mod
-Lowered the aim bonus of scramble gear from +10 to +5 (Cato must now a thing or two about balance, Right?)
