-First Mod overhaul
-Added See No Evil Sitrep along with Scramble Gear Mk2

Made changes to Scramble Gear reasearch and unlock cost if the TeamChanger Value is more than 0, since you can't get the scramble gear drop from friendly units. It now unlocks after sectoid autopsy and costs 1 sectoid corpse. Remember to change your teamchanger once again, since the update will overwrite your changes.
