- Damage return now deals a percentage of damage done, rather than a flat amount
- City of Decay dps reduced: 10 -> 8
- Fixed Sniper attack rate 0.65 -> 1.5
- Fixed Heavy Gunner attack rate 0.6625 - > 1.7
- Fixed Furbolg Elder Shaman having level 1 rejuvenation

- Added an "offer draw" button for games that have entered a stalemate. In order to accept a draw, at least 50% of the connected non-bot players on both team need to vote for it.
- Added unit counter to help debug lag issues
- Added a round timer

- Improved the ai used for healing abilities
- Assassins no longer hit air units with mana
- (Hopefully) fixed buildings built by leavers belonging to the player controlling the leaver

- Reworked resources. Gold no longer uses normal Dota gold (and thus shouldn't be subject to afk rules)
- Resources should stick around after reconnect

- Fixed Upgraded towers not having self destruct
