0.18.3 - Hotfix

Unfortunately I had to fix an issue with sounds transmitting to everyone on the server hehe. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Thanks to Stormy and her pals for doing some server testing before upload to make sure the sounds issue was resolved.

Changes:
  • Increased Stats of Hemoglob Armor Slightly again, and increased heal further

  • Fixed an issue with sound transmitting through the server.

0.18.2 - Community Feedback

I have heard some amazing feedback from the community and have made some changes accordingly, hope you guys enjoy the update!

Changes:
  • Increased Box of Goodies max stacks to 100

  • Increased Mitra's Virtue heal and fixed corruption removal

  • Increased Warming Heal amount slightly, and increased how much Instigator's Survival Attribute increases the heal. Reduced Temperature increase.

  • Warming Heal and Revigorating Heal will not be removed on taking damage but will instead have the current buff active time reduced by 20% every time you take damage. The new time upon taking damage will unfortunately not be updated in real time due to how the buff widgets are built.

  • Warming Heal and Revigorating Heal now has extra health distributed on buff start.

  • Reduced Health Increase and Armor of Hemoglob Armor, pieces now grant 12 Vitality together, chestpiece and pants +3 and the rest +2

  • Improved Heal for Hemoglob Armor. Cooldown is increased to 20 seconds.

  • Increased Stat bonuses from Meruvian Warcry from 10 to 24, and increased the active duration from 15 seconds to 25 seconds. Cooldown is increased to 20 seconds.

  • Improved stat bonuses for Meruvian thralls.

  • Increased grinded materials gained from Demonic Horn.

  • Reduced stat bonuses from Council Armor pieces by 1, except for helmets.

  • Increased drop chance of Demonic Horn from Scourge Demon King.

  • Increased costs of some Mysterious Obelisk recipes.

  • Fixed some more looping animations

  • Parrying Dagger now no longer acts as a witchfire spell hehe

  • Added unique particles to applying Godly Smite, Godly Smite +2 and Infernal Smite.

  • Reworked Jhebbal Sag Sword, will now periodically knock up opponents with a whirlwind instead of granting Strength while attacking. Totally removed old blueprint to possibly fix a very rare crash.

  • Added building blocker to upcoming dungeon entrance and made it a bit more lively. Also will be discoverable, moved it a bit more to the left of the map, close by Black Keep still.

  • Fall in ancient cave will now teleport you back to the start of the dungeon instead of killing you.

  • Added an Elixir of Temperature Immunity as a possible rare extra drop from Box of Goodies, will last for an hour.

  • After Spirit Explosion, another surprise may pop up.

  • Added Spirit Particles to Spirit Horse.

  • Updated Combat Music Enum to be made more Compatible with AoC

  • Added new particle to Swordbreaker and added dual Swordbreakers craftable at Mysterious Obelisk

0.18.1 Hotfix

This version will not be able to be used with an older version of the game.

Changes:
  • Fixed an issue with Frostmourne not being able to be used.

  • Fixed an issue with looping animation on Coldtooth Waraxe.

  • Reduced sound volume for Coldtooth Heavy attacks.

  • Increased Mitra's Virtue heal radius to fix inconsistent heals on thralls and other players. Also added a notification for who you are healing.

  • Added horseback attacks for my Javelins.

  • Added horseback attacks for Staffs.

  • Fixed Meruvian Sentry stats. They should now also level properly.

  • Reduced Wandering Spirit respawn timer.

  • Reduced speed of dual wield attacks, corrected collision range and updated weapon trails. This is to make up for the new dodge that Funcom implemented.

  • Added new gameplay mechanic that can be disabled
    Dodge Weight This new mechanic calculates your current carry weight and armor and increases your dodge roll costs from the calculation. It is not anything crazy, but will help out the current heavy armor meta with the new dodge changes. ke * EnableDodgeWeight true // Enables dodge weight, making the changes above active ke * EnableDodgeWeight false // Disables dodge weight, reverts dodge roll stamina costs to vanilla

0.18.0 Mounts Update

This version will not be able to be used with an older version of the game.

Some testlive testing indicated that you were unable to do charged attacks sometimes using lances and bows on horseback, however I have been unable to replicate it in the DevKit, hopefully this is just some unusual bug that I figure out how to fix or unrelated to the mod.

Changes:
  • Updated to latest game version

  • Updated WeaponComboType Enum to latest (5th of December)

  • Several fixes to new version of game

  • Added new NPCs and a Mysterious Obelisk (crafting) by Mounds of the Dead. (Obelisk is also available as an admin spawn, I believe you can also delete the Obelisk if it does not fit your server.)

  • Added dialogue NPC by Black Keep, where the new dungeon entrance is (dungeon not yet implemented)

  • Added several new items.

  • Offhand Dual Weapon attack is now a sundering upward cut, can easily be comboed into your light and heavy attacks.

  • Fixed an issue with Ice Projectile Spell not applying Coldsnap.

  • Fixed an issue with some Heals healing less than intended.

  • Fixed an issue with Mitra's Virtue that caused players to do extra damage for the game session.

  • Updated several particle effects.

  • Fixed several issues with NPCs and more.

  • Added Custom Spirit mount with increased Endurance and Health

  • Custom Leveling Parameters for Meruvian Senty

0.17.11 Hotfix

I just had to fix an urgent issue that popped up, I am very sorry about any inconvenience.

Changes:
  • Fixed an issue with new armor set bonuses

  • Fixed Council Armor description

  • Fixed buffs not properly removing healing over time abillites if they were already applied

  • Fixed Meruvian Sentry Helmet not having any Heat Protection

  • Fixed some other issues

I am sorry I had to update so early again already, hopefully all issues are now out of the way and the next release can be the big update with the dungeon :D

0.17.10 Hotfix

Sorry for having to update so soon after the latest update, but had to fix a quite urgent issue. Sorry for any inconvenience. There is however a little bonus in this update for you guys!

You wanna get more bonuses in battle? Well it is your lucky day! New Armor Set bonuses!

Changes:
  • Fixed an issue with Council Armor totally removing knockbacks.

  • Added new set bonus to Council Armor, wearing a full set of Council Armor will grant the following bonus : Knockback resistance, you can no longer be knocked down, and will always be knockbacked instead, however this knockback is always the same duration (0.5s), knockbacks will now also drain a small amount of your stamina . Ram Melee buff will ignore this resistance however.

  • Removed heal on projectiles for Council Armor.

  • Changed name of Meruvian Light Armor, to Meruvian Expedition Armor.

  • Added new set bonus to Meruvian Armors, wearing a full set of Meruvian Sentry or Meruvian Expedition armor will grant the following bonus : Taking damage will cause you to get buffed with a Meruvian Warcry, which will grant bonus Strength, Agillity and Accuracy for a 15 second duration. You will be unable to get the buff again for 15 seconds.

  • Added new set bonus to Hemoglob Armor, wearing a full set of Hemoglob armor will grant the following bonus : Taking over 80 damage (before all calculations) will cause you to regenerate a chunk of health, this can only happen every 15 seconds.

  • Updated description, names and tags of affected armors.

  • Guide has been updated with Armor Set Bonuses.

Changes:
  • Increased staff damage very slightly.

  • Fixed an issue with staffs dealing unintentionally much damage when standing close to the enemy.

  • Fixed incorrect descriptions and tags

  • Fixed an issue with the projectiles of the staffs not detonating on close proximity to an enemy.

  • Fixed the issue with chests and made my special chests (that drop crit weapons) Golden-Bronzeish.

  • Removed Obsidian Variants Bastard Swords to reduce mod size as they were unused.

  • Beware of the splash! Staff projectiles and other explosive projectiles will deal 10% of your max health on self damage.

  • Increased damage modifiers of infernal weapons on light attacks.

  • Reduced the bow damage slightly, but the heavy attacks now have 5 more base damage than light attacks. Favors powershots.

  • Reduced arrow damage across the board as they were oneshotting people.

  • Reduced damage of most enemies in the mod by upto 75%

  • Increased lifesteal clamp on lifesteal weapons slightly.

  • Decreased armor penetration on staffs. (Projectiles still have 20% AP base)

  • You can no longer apply poison or buffs to weapons with unique buffs attached.

  • Thralls deal reduced damage to EEWA boss enemies.

  • Abomination will now have a new mechanic where he erupts blood spears from the ground under 50% health that will damage anyone in the proximity for a large amount of damage for a short duration.

  • Adjusted drops in chests and on NPCs.

  • For the duration of buffs from the different arsenals, you will now be unable to be affected by certain heals, meaning strategy and healing out of combat will be favored. (Arrows and bows do not interrupt healing)

  • Reduced duration of buffs slightly to give players some breathing room for the above change.

  • Changed blocking animation of parry knife to fix an issue with staffs, will probably be reworked in the future.

  • Experimental knockback resistance on Council Armor.

  • Having a full set of Council Armor will now heal you for a small amount over time if hit by projectiles dealing high damage.

  • Made The Afflicted into a recipe drop instead.

  • You will now learn to make Meruvian Sentry and Sentinel Armor with Meruvian Armors from the top of the Bat Tower.

  • Meruvian Gravedigger set will now be for cold weather instead.

  • Increased crafting costs of some items, weapons and armors from feedback.

  • Added building blocking volumes at Afflicted Spawn by the Dam and Ancient Cave entrance.

More armor sets, like the Meruvian ones will also recieve unique set bonuses in an upcoming update

0.17.8 Commpression Update

I have reduced a large number of texture sizes in this update (4k -> 2k/1k), so some may look less appealing than before, but I tried to keep all the neccessary textures as high quality as I could (2K)

Changes:
  • Warming Heal, reduced bonus heal for thralls. Thralls will also have reduced armor for the duration, meaning you will have to use it for your thralls more carefully.

  • Revigorating Honor no longer heals a percentage of health upon being hit, will instead heal a total of 30 health over 4.8 seconds (heals 6 hp every 0.8 seconds). Still refreshes when being hit.

  • Increased damage thresholds on all enemies, allowing you to deal more max damage to them.

  • If you hit the damage theshold on humanoids (max damage vs an enemy), they will now get staggered and get severely crippled.

  • Reduced several texture filesizes, reducing the modsize all-together. Several 4k textures have been toned down to 2k. Also improved some material setups.

  • Increased Heart of a Hero stack size to 100

  • Added an option for server owners to disable damage thresholds (commands can be found here at the bottom of the guide)

  • Afflicted buff now adds an additional random buff per application

  • Unliving Protector has been changed into Afflicted Being, the model is an unused Funcom model. Kappa type beast. Does not have an affliction aura, instead it gets applied on attacks, providing more playstyles to combat this enemy.

  • Added Scourgesteel Katana, and increased damage of some other Katanas slightly.

  • Clamped Blind and Weaken bonus damage to prevent players with over 100 in attribute stats from being insanely damaged.

  • Reduced damage output of Council and Meruvian NPCs by 25%

  • Increased all EEWA armor values by 30-60 per armor piece.

  • Increased Armor Penetration on a Majority of the weapons (including staffs, bows and spells)

  • Increased Projectile Speed of Staffs. Will now travel further.

  • Reduced stamina costs on several spells and reduced stamina cost of staffs slightly

  • Greatly increased damage from spells and staffs vs NPCs

  • Increased Meruvian Sentry health, increasing their thrall hp as well.

  • Reduced health drain from blood spell greatly.

  • Increased bow and arrow damage sligthly.

  • Halloween event concluded, you can no longer craft Trick or Treat items. Any halloween items you have on you or stashed will still remain though.

  • Fixed an issue with the Yog Club that would cause it to trigger sounds and particles on offhand attacks.

  • Fixed an issue with some spell particles that would not trigger on landscapes. Also made sure they don't trigger on servers, but only on clients, this may save some performance on particle spawn.

  • Made Demonic Horn of Secrets grindable, will grant you some Scourgepowder, Powder of Corruption and Dragonpowder, making it valuable for people who have already learned the Art of Sorcery Feat.

  • Javelin of the Forsaken and Magic Staffs will no longer be hidden on attacks in singleplayer, removed singleplayer staff effect.

  • Javelin of the Forsaken thrown particle will now trigger properly.

  • Improved Javelin of the Forsaken gravity falloff.

  • Clamped heal from Infernal Weapons, Javelin of the Forsaken, Doom Staff and Maul of Yog lifesteal to prevent insane heals on servers with attribute stats over 100.

0.17.7 Small Update

Changes:
  • Increased aoe damage on afflicted arrows

  • Increased afflicted arrow damage

  • Changed afflicted arrow recipe

  • Increased dungeon chests health to 9999999 health to prevent people accidentally destroying them. (Keep in mind default chest health is still 500 like in vanilla)

  • Added damage threshold to Humanoid Bosses (3% max hp) and minions (6% max hp), Meruvians that have become thralls will ignore this threshold.

  • Added damage threshold to Strange Beast in Portal Dungeon to 4% max hp, and increased damage slightly.

  • Reduced bonus true damage of Blind and Weaken (Previously 3% * stacks for Strength and Accuracy/Vitality and Agillity in bonus damage -> Now is 2% * stacks / 2)

0.17.6 Fixes and Ranged Buffs

Changes:
  • Fixed an issue with incorrect crafting materials for Afflicted Arrows

  • Fixed an issue with missing stat bonuses for Javelin of the Forsaken

  • Fixed an issue preventing thralls from getting healed from warming heal

  • Fixed an overlooked issue, thralls are now not able to wield Infernal Weapons.

  • Fixed an issue with the materials of the Scourge Demons.

  • Changed pull attack on Molten Death Spider to prevent getting stuck in the air.

  • Updated Arrow recipes.

  • Crit Particles now get applied on the enemy hit instead of the owner of the weapon, this applies to the bow too.

  • Added Dragonsteel Arrows (Applies Ram, learned from Enchanted Arsenal) and Shard of Skelos Arrows (Applies Severe Cripple, learned from Magic Arsenal).

  • Added new Ebony Silk recipe, learned from Scourgesteel Arsenal, can be crafted in Improved Armorer's Bench.

  • Decreased Asura's Wrath Buff Stack Increase timer to 1s down from 2s, this means you can increase the Godly Smite stack every second with the Asura's Wrath now.

  • All spells and staffs (except healing) now deals bonus damage to NPCs.

  • Increased Arrow Damage.

  • Increased damage of all spells and projectiles from staffs.

  • Increased stamina drain of Force Abillities.

  • Decreased XP of some monsters slightly.

  • Reduced ranged damage resistance of bosses, removed notification message from bosses.

  • Clamped Warming Heal to a minimum of 8 hp per 0.8 seconds, now is active for 4 seconds instead of 2.4. This means it can now heal a minimum of 32 hp and maximum of 100 hp per buff application if you have the survival for it. Also heals you for 1% of your HP, which applies for thralls too, clamped to prevent abuse.

  • Added a max damage cap to each instance against certain bosses, making sure they will remain tough no matter your power level. Scourge Demon King, Molten Death and Abomination can not take more than 2% of their max health in damage per damage instance now.

  • Reduced damage on some of the buffs.

  • Fixed a rare issue with a buff that caused it to instantly deplete the health of an enemy.

  • Increased stacks on Unstable Sorcery.

  • Katana's should now be holstered on the side, like a Pickaxe, with Fashionist. Waiting for response from Testerle so I can fix more of the weapons to the right holster locations.

  • Lightsabers should no longer be visible on the back with Fashionist.

  • All crits weapons, including the bow, now have the same chance (15%) to activate a crit upon dealing damage.

  • Increased damage on bows.
