Vanilla Damage can now be enabled!
WHAT'S VANILLA DAMAGE SYSTEM?
-This means ANY type of explosion can now damage and destroy BBP Objects! (Grenades, IEDs, M79, RPGs, ect!) FOR MORE INFORMATION! -> https://discord.com/channels/551088611504816171/648574803002785809/980700165453254656

-ADDED optional config.cpp to enable vanilla damage system for BBP parts!! (Explosive Damage can destroy ALL BBP parts.)(You can edit this file to set the HP of each tier to your liking!)
-ADDED optional DOOR ONLY raiding config.cpp for vanilla damage system!! (Explosive Damage can ONLY destroy (Hatches, Doors and Gates)(You can edit this file to set the HP of each tier to your liking!))
-RE-ADDED BBP Tape Measure, it's now used to get the the current HP of BBP parts (if vanilla dmg is enabled)
-QOL Base Parts now update their name, displaying their current tier. (ex: (T3) Large Wall, (Hologram) Large Floor)
-QOL If materials are left in when upgrading past the frame, you can view the materials slot in the vicinity from any position, (aka) not only on the inside.
-QOL Most holograms when placing also show an arrow pointing towards "inside".
-ADJUSTED Small Windows are now larger.
-ADJUSTED Kits spawn on top of the BBP workbench now.
-FIXED T3 Small Door Model.
-FIXED If a window was advance rotated flat, you can now stand on top of it and open it.
-FIXED Barbwire can now easily be mounted with pliers, look anywhere at the object.
-FIXED Barbwire can be un-mounted with pliers, stand in the same positions you dismantle from.

-ADDED ability to move holograms up/down, forward/backward and left/right (this is still a WIP feature, but its there...) access it via the Advance Rotation Menu.
-ADJUSTED Doors/Hatches will dismantle/raid first. (this means you won't destroy the whole object, just the door or hatch will go first, do the action again if you want to remove the object down to the frame.) (still need the frame upgraded and door/hatch upgraded to the equal or above tier to get proper raid protection)
-ADJUSTED Single Gate renamed to Single Garage Door (class name is the same don't worry, just item description/display changed)
-Dismantle/Destroy moved to custom actions to elimitate mod compatibility from blocking/adjusting these actions in undesirable ways.
-Basic Territory and Expansion Territory dismantle settings fixed.
-ADDED if a player is inside an Expansion Territory they OWN or are a MEMBER of, they can dismantle BBP Base Parts anywhere they look and not only on the soft side! (aka easy dismantling, so no more asking me how to dismantle!)

-ADDED metal/wood sounds when opening doors and gates (wow!! so immersive!)
-Kits now say (Large/Small) or (Left/Right) or (Single/Double) to inform the player they can use Left Arrow key to cycle the kit

-Fixed doors using t1 raiding speed when to close to the door?
