purpose of the update: to correct various errors and inaccuracies in the British flags

Now all of the British flags should use the same sized variant of the Union Jack and are rendered in similar fashion.

New flags:
- democratic, neutral and imperial Australia (fixed the Union Jack size and emblem size + corrected color schemes)
- neutral Bahamas (fixed the Union Jack size and emblem size)
- neutral Belize (fixed the Union Jack size and emblem size + corrected color schemes)

- new custom flag of the United Kingdom (it's two pixels taller than standard 3:5 variant to retain the original proportions for the Cross of Saint George without stretching the flag)
- new set of flags for communist England, communist Union of Britain and communist Commonwealth of Nations (new Union of Britain flag is heavily inspired by the flag of the People's Republic of China and explores the idea of the new Marxist country emerging on the British Isles - the previous one wasn't really realistic or pretty
- new custom flag for the British Mexico (fixed the Union Jack size and emblem size + corrected color schemes)
- imperialist South Africa (fixed the Union Jack size and emblem size)

Flags use the basic red/white coloring and the version of the emblem used by the original Turkish Communist Party (founded in 1920)
