Complete rework of Philippine, Chinese warlord, Japanese and Mongolian flags to remove all of the fictional flags from the mod.

Update to scale and color scheme of the fascist and NA Austrian flag.

Congo flag updated

Two new flags:
- Reichkomissariat of Iberia will now use Falange Española set of colours (black and red) and arrows emblem instead of Spanish CoA and red-yellow-green color scheme
- color scheme and shape of the Reichprotectorat of Bohemia-Moravia flag was fixed to be more historically accurate

Added new flags for Maghreb and few German puppets:
Bohmen-Mahren, Norway, Great Britain, Iberia and Balkans

These puppets will use dual flags (Germany and their own) to signify their unique status of having dual goverment (occupational and their own) to make these puppets more immersive.
