hotfix for small Ostland flags

Ostland cosmetic tag formed by fascist Latvia will now use Baltic Union set of flags as default

hotfix: fixed a bug that prevented unique Italian civil war flags to be visible (vanilla flags we're tagged as RSI and RDS instead of ITA_RSI and ITA_RDS)

hotfix: neutral and default flags of Afar will now be completely red to properly represent Sultanate of Aussa at the beginning of the game

By Blood Alone DLC update - almost 200 new flags included

Polish flags update:
- Revolutionary Poland will now use a reworked flag with St. Mary emblem (M+) and 12 stars instead of full St. Mary flag (hopefully it's less weird than the previous one and will look Polish enough in case where Poland stays Revolutionary until the end of the game). The general design of the flag is still based on St. Mary's cult in Poland and uses it's colors in the design.

- Poland-Romania flag rework - the new flag is completely original and based on the Austria-Hungary design. Hopefully will be more realistic than the previous, more modern version.

CoA mods were also updated to implement these changes.

Trotsky's and Bukharin's Soviet Union flags are now reverted to their versions from the previous update.

I won't replace them until I find some better designs for them.

Major Soviet flags rework.
Now all of the flags are at least based on historical designs.

I've also updated CoA and country name mods to apply these changes.

Communist Nordic flags rework.

The update is to make fictional communist flags of the northern Europe more realistic and immersive. Previous ones we're far too Nordic and not really communist IMO.

The flags of Iceland, Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark are now based on the distinct, locally used color schemes and emblem shapes of the communist parties in that countries - color schemes used to create flags were based off communist posters and badges of the WW2 era or earlier.

Scandinavia and Nordic Union will now also use their distinct reversed color schemes of the Kalmar Union flag.


Corresponding update also was made to CoA mods to make them compatible with new changes and remove the overused Karelian SSR emblem for majority of the formable nations and Finland. Karelian SSR emblem will now only be used by the communist Karelia.
