New Content:
Naval Support Strategy complete.

Changes:
Minor text improvements.
Ha-Go armor increased to 55/35 from 50/25.
Artillery smoke cooldown time increased to 80 from 60.
Forward Battalion and Landing Force Commander bodyguards no longer benefit from reduced incoming damage. The officer retains .9 reduction.
New icon for Raider Incendiary Grenade
Type 94 Isuzu’s Provide Supplies ability now works on allied units and team weapons (healing only, no munitions discount provided). The vehicle is now visually loaded with supplies unless it is carrying infantry.
Light Artillery Barrage renamed to Light Gun Barrage. Now also unlocks Supported Barrage ability for Type 91 Artillery. For 30mu, a half-strength Light Gun Barrage is added to the artillery’s regular barrage, and cooldown is set to 100 seconds rather than 120.

New Content:
Naval Support Strategy added. Not complete yet; needs one more ability and the units have not been fully developed.

Changes:
Bunkers have been replaced with Fighting Positions. The previous Bunkers are still used for base defense. They now hold Type 93 HMGs with much better penetration.
Officer ability icon coloring improved.
Type 1 AT Gun veterancy 1 bonus changed for Soviets. Instead of gaining a 7th crew member, the crew is able to move the gun more quickly.
Type 91 Artillery reworked. It is now less expensive and fires less often.
Forward Battalion Commander now receives less suppression with the Resolve upgrade.
Gyokusai no longer receive any benefit from cover, except for ambush camo. The previous implementation of this meant there were some instances where the unit would take more damage than intended. The squad will now throw a second magnetic mine when ambushing.
Weapon accuracy bonus moved to vet 1 from vet 2 and lowered to 15% from 25%. At vet 2, magnetic AT mines will now slow enemy vehicles for 4 seconds.

New Tenacious Defense UI. Surprise Attack UI now uses different existing assets.
Type 97 AT rifle damage increased; now is twice as powerful as other AT rifles rather than 50%.
Raiders can now construct Field Infirmaries.
Kohei now get the Destroy Cover ability with T1. Satchel Charge fixed.
Isuzu Truck moved to 1cp from 3. Provide Supplies munitions discount standardized to 10, cooldown to 30 from 40, healing duration to 15 from 20.

New UI for Field Assault Officer abilities.

Changes:
Starting ammo lowered to 30 from 40. AT Grenade research cost lowered to 15fu from 20.
Arisaka rifle damage increased to 12 or 16 from 9 or 12. Accuracy lowered. This change increases DPS by 12.5% for rifle-wielding infantry. The various accuracy-boosting abilities available to the Japanese are now much more effective, as rifle accuracy is less likely to be raised over 100%. This change does not affect the Obersoldaten-level rifles used by Battalion Commanders and Raiders.
Type 99 AT Mine range increased to 20 from 15. Banzai aura improved to -30% accuracy from -15%. Ambush bonus improved to 37.5% accuracy from 25%.
Fire Support Squad LMG and Grenade Discharger upgrades lowered in cost to 50mu from 60.
Weapon Crew Arisaka rifle damage increased to 12 from 9.
Coordinated Fire area increased to 30 from 25. Halt Retreat defensive bonus duration increased to 10s from 6.
Chi-Ha veterancy requirements lowered by ~10%.
Gyokusai minimap icon added. UI priority increased; it should always appear in the left of the Squad Control bar.
Kohei received accuracy lowered to .9 from .93. Veterancy requirements lowered slightly.
Isuzu Type 94 Supply recharge time lowered to 40 from 60. Occupant moving accuracy lowered to 50%, like other halftracks.

Engineering Strategy added.

Changes:
Fire Support rifle accuracy is now 10% better than Hohei at short/medium ranges, 20% better at long range. Previously, it was 15% better at long range only. Now receives passive camouflage/mine detection from Tier 2.
AT Support Team given a handgun. They can no longer drop their AT Rifle since the British Tank Hunter Section can’t and it would be a real pain to add the Boys rifle to every entity’s file.
Hohei squad banzai aura now decreases the accuracy of enemy snipers by 45% instead of the standard 15%.
Chi-Ha Kai penetration increased by 20 again.
Gyokusai Unit revamp:
Squad size increased to 8 from 7. Damage reduction increased to .477 from .65, increasing defense against explosive weapons. Target size increased to 1.35 from 1 to maintain the same level of damage taken from small arms fire. Build cost increased to 200mp/50fu from 140/28, reinforce cost lowered to 2/1 from 5/1. New veterancy bonuses, previously they received the same bonuses as Hohei.

Bug Fixes:
Fixed instance where Fire Support squad would not receive Type 99 LMGs.
Grenade range correctly reduced for suppressed squads.The Type 97 grenade arming sound now plays correctly, but I have no idea why.
Fire Support and Hohei Squads no longer have one guy who costs a different amount to reinforce than the others.

Raid Strategy added.
HQ now behaves properly when destroyed and rebuilt. Includes sneak preview of future content.
Fire Support and Gyokusai rifle moving accuracy changed to .35 from .4 to match the Enfield.
Field Infirmary mp cost lowered to 130 from 180.
Improved Marksman UI.
Swapped Field Officer’s vet 1 extra man and vet 2 weapon accuracy.
Request Battalion Support UI made slightly cooler.
Gyokusai entity cost lowered to 20 from 30. Now receives 25% suppression instead of 10%. However, Banzai Charge now provides immunity to suppression and can be used when pinned. This adds to the depth of the unit and is a callback to the CoH1 ability Fire-Up before it was nerfed with an exhaustion period.

Changes as suggested by Cry Tech Employee-
Type 89 Grenade Discharger scatter doubled (to 6.25), and Fire Support Team scatter veterancy improved to .7 from .8. AoE Damage spread more evenly, and reload times lengthened/made non-random. Damage vs targets in heavy cover increased to .75 from .5, like the launcher from the new commanders. These changes aim to reduce effectiveness against stationary targets, while increasing effectiveness against targets making some effort to dodge.
Chi-Ha cost increased to 90 fuel from 80. Tank is now less effective vs infantry due to a reduced explosion radius, 1.5 from 2. Also slightly less effective vs vehicles due to -20 penetration, to 140/130/120. Reload bonus moved to vet 2 from vet 1. “Hull Down” ability renamed and rebalanced. Now requires vet 1. Veterancy requirements now match T-34 instead of Valentine, which is 40% slower.

Coordinated fire UI improved. Cooldown increased to 60 from 45 seconds.
Fixed officer requirement text. Smoke candle cooldown lowered to 30 from 75.
Field Infirmary and Machine Gun Nest self-healing speed increased.
Cost of 7.7 Ammo upgrade for Hohei increased to 40 from 30. Increased to 30 from 25 for Field Officers. Now takes up a weapon slot for Hohei.
First Strike bonus fixed for Hohei and Field Officer. Bonus lowered to 25% from 50%, since it is free and non-doctrinal.
Grenade Discharger is now played by the PIAT instead of the Garand. Not sure why that didn’t occur to me sooner. UI added.
Gyokusai now benefit half as much from cover as normal squads.
