“T3.5” has been renamed to “T4”.
Vet 1 upgrade times for the Type 1 47mm AT Gun and Type 92 HMG reduced to 10s from 20.
Ancestral Weapon 30mu cost removed. Gave wrong weapon, bug fixed.
Aim Unerring 30mu cost removed.

Concealment Networks no longer affect Field Infirmaries. This is partly due to a bug, but the nerf is intentional.
Holdout Officer’s (non-functional) moving camouflage was removed, UI updated.
Final assault minimap icon improved.
Anti-tank Support Team UI updated.

Fire Support Minesweeping bugs fixed (had been enabled by T1, minesweeper models would appear). Thanks to FunnyFruit for the report.
Trench can no longer be upgraded with 2 weapons. This was a bug.

Chi-Ha Defense Mode speed multiplier to .375x from .25.
Marksman Sniper Hide sight bonus to 15 from 20.
Landing Force Commander manpower cost to 230 from the bugged 252. Officer reinforce cost is now 35 as intended.
Raider Group: Throw Demolition Charge replaced with Timed Explosive Charge from USF Paratroopers. Smoke Discharger Round to vet 0 from 1, starts on a cooldown. Cost to 15mu from 10. Vet 1 reduces munitions costs of the abilities by 10 and 5, respectively.
Raiders and Infiltrators now use better code for their moving camo, based on Commandos.

Gyokusai: no longer throw an additional magnetic mine from ambush. Instead, penetration is increased by 2x, enough to guarantee penetration against all Allied vehicles, and cooldown is set to .75x. Since the ambush mine provided a much longer stun than the default, vet 2 stun improved to 2.5s from 1.5. Ambush camouflage UI updated.
Fixed bug which increased mine damage to 160 from 135 at vet 2.

Magnetic Mine Deflection Damage to 60 from 50. Affects Hohei and Gyokusai.
For the Emperor! no longer prevents Gyokusai from Banzai charging, since the ability does not affect Gyokusai. Ability no longer affects Critical Repair Teams.

Forward Battalion Commander Type 99 LMG damage to 6 from 5.
MG Nest Research time to 20s from 45. Cost to 60mp from 70.
AA MG Nest Research time to 20s from 35.

Light Tanks:
Ha-Go and Ka-Mi turret speed to 80 from 90 (or 70 with HE Shells active).
Ke-Nu upgrade cost to 20mp from 40, turret speed to 40 from 45.
Ka-Mi defenses improved to match Ha-Go: armor to 50/30 from 40/24, RA to 16 from 17.
Breakthrough Tuning and Ambush Camouflage bugs fixed.

Holdout Doctrine:
Guerilla Tactics Text updated.
Automatic Marksmen and Holdout Officers once again receive less veterancy (.9x). Text improved.
Infiltrators:
Smoke Candle moved to vet 0 from vet 1. Now begins on cooldown for Infiltrators and Strike Officers.
Spawns with 3 men, reverted from 4.
Type 99 AT Mines are now upgraded automatically. Time reduced to 10s from 15.
Fuel cost reduced to 75 from 80.

AI can no longer use Supply Drop Zone.
Hotkey fixes: Ceramic grenade hotkey to D from C, SNLF Rifle grenade hotkey to N from D.
Gunnery Training Upgrade to F from G. Holdout Officer upgrade to H from S.

Rapid Fire UI Improved.
T1 extra text improved.
The Landing Force Commander has received a unique Haiku.

Forward Battalion Commander-
Squad cost to 210 from 270, reinforce cost to 35 from 45. Reinforce time to 7s from 9.
Warrior Spirit reinforce time multiplier was lowered to .8x from .78. Reinforcement cost 32 from 40.
Population per soldier to 1 from 2, squad population to 5 from 7.
Officer RA to .732 from .653. Bodyguard RA to .8 from .732. Pistol replaced with weaker Strike Officer variant.
Landing Force Commander-
Squad cost to 250 from 300, reinforce cost to 32/27 from 35. Reinforce time to 7/5s from 9/7.
Officer population to 1 from 2, squad population to 5 from 7.
Officer RA and weapon changes match FBC.

Type 99 Grenade recharge time to 20s from 21.
Chi-Ha and Ka-So minimap texture size increased to .88 from .8. This will differentiate it from the Ha-Go, and is closer to the Ho-Ni I’s minimap size (.92).
Breakthrough Tuning bug for Ho-Ni I and Ka-Mi fixed.
Ka-Mi moving scatter multiplier to 2x from 1.75x, to match other Japanese tanks.

Fire Support Barbed Wire and Type 93 Mine swapped UI positions.
Construction Team and Mainland Veteran Squad now build the correct MG Nest.
Gyokusai Units spawn from the HQ once again.
To match recent updates, tanks get main gun criticals at 20% health instead of 25.
Type 97 Automatic Cannon ready aim time to .75s from 2.
Random Commander Selector now awards 20 munitions. I wonder what else it's hiding.

Based on the new commander update and the goal of making the Random Commander Selector more accessible, many German Doctrines have been changed to become different Japanese Strategies. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Coordinated Strike Zone radius to 30m from 25.
FBC Recon Sweep to 30mu from 20.

Concealment Network no longer works while retreating.
Ambush Gunner 2nd man removed. MG damage and suppression increased, vet penalty removed.
Smoke candle and banzai charge no longer mistakenly share a cooldown.

Final Assault Gyokusai now require the Zeal upgrade to unlock the Hold Your Ground! Ability. It also gives out-of-combat sprint. Stand and Fight! is no longer available.
Self-Replacement and Final Banzai Assault now share a cooldown to prevent use issues.
Final Assault Team population requirement (3 per squad, 12 total) removed. Thanks to FunnyFruit on last 2 items!

Gyokusai and Infiltrators can no longer have 2 AT mines equipped. This was a veterancy-related bug.
Type 1 AT Gun Bolstered Crew upgrade no longer includes traitorous Japanese crewmembers. Thanks to Sir Edgelord for the bug report! Also, improved UI.
AT Grenade “Supplies” renamed from “Package”.

Naval Dive Bomb, Smoke Bomb, and Ka-So Bombing run no longer miss. Aircraft are now visible.
Naval Dive Bomb and Smoke Bomb now work like the Ostheer versions (the singleplayer values are used rather than the multiplayer ones I had copied). However, Smoke Bomb no longer provides vision, given its cost and timing.

Chi-Nu Siege Mode speed multiplier to .5 from .375. The new Focused Gunnery ability is surprisingly similar to Siege Mode! Balance is influenced by that ability.
Ka-2 Autogyro sight radius decreased to 80 from 100. No longer visible.
Weapon Racks limited to 1 each, now have health, and no longer act as extra retreat points. Thanks to FunnyFruit for these bug reports!

Suicide Explosives Lunge Mine ability no longer available for Gyokusai.
Final Assault now unlocks 2 abilities for Gyokusai: “Stand and Fight!” and “Hold Your Ground!”.
Construction Team “Stand and Fight!” ability replaced with “Hold Your Ground!” This also frees up UI slot 34 for the lunge mine, where it is for Hohei.
Type 94 Repair Truck to 1cp from 2.
Ka-So Rapid Fire ability recharge time to 50s from 60. Now has an icon!

Reduced AI use of Marksmen.

Type 1 47mm AT Gun: Cost increased by 10mp.
Shell swapping replaced with Strike Mode, a toggle ability which increases RoF and penetration at the expense of fire cone and accuracy. This is more consistent in style with other Japanese units, and works better with Coordinated Strike Zones.
Vet 1 5th crewman replaced with choices of upgrade: Bolstered Crew or Gunnery Training.
Gunnery Training unlocks APHE Salvo, which adds Gyokusai-style slow criticals to enemy vehicles.

Ho-Ni I: Paint scheme updated!
Direct Fire damage changed to 120 + 40 from 160, reducing veterancy gain.

Strike Officer: Squad cost to 250 from 260. Officer entity mp cost to 27 from 32, RA to .8 from .7.
Vet 2 grenade range bonus now applies to No Surrender and Stand and Fight instead. Vet 3 ability duration bonus replaced with a cooldown bonus, which also benefits grenades. Interrogation still lasts longer instead.

Ka-So: Vet 2 80 health bonus removed. Vet 3 ability range moved to vet 2.
Vet 3 80 health bonus to 120, now gives .75x ability cooldown. 1.2x mg accuracy and .9 RA removed.
Its veterancy is now a combination of the Strike Officer and Chi-Ha’s, which seems fitting.

Chi-Nu no longer requires Armored Regiment Support tech. Fuel cost increased to 130 from 120, population to 13 from 12. Reload time to 4.5/5 from 4.75/5.25.
Type 4 Rocket Launcher reload time to 6.5s from 6.

Vehicle hold fire weapons updated.
Radio outpost now properly deletes on death. Visual change only.

Constructing Razor Wire no longer crashes the game, and behaves like wire in the new patch.
Chi-Ha can no longer be stuck in Defense Mode when abandoned and recrewed.
