adjusted grey water to clean water input and outputs, too much clean water yield from grey water, some loss introduced into the process ( boil off )

parts re-ballance of food processor vs small block e-rations dispenser.

corrected ratios on blueprints for e-rats and water in e-rats dispenser ( HARDCORE MODE ) to force upgrade or die after aprox 5 game days.

corrected e-water to waterfood as output and made it compatible / show as water food... only one water final product in the game now.

integrated new Emergency Rations Small Block

reinstated / fixed ice not being loadable into water recyclers

edited emergency food ration to use ice rather than water packets ( which were made in a more advanced block ) making it a true stand alone block.

created "E" flagged icons for emergency rations.
