1.04 Ready Patch.


The Armsan and Cheytac have received minor visual changes to add detail where needed, The change is especially obvious with the armsan. It boasts a much more metallic reflective surface that looks more realistic. The cheytac is less obvious though, but still present.

IMPORTANT! Please change your "MassRainCoatcourier_Partizan" To "MassRainCoatcourier_PartizanM" As I've changed the classname to fix a script error that would cause crashes when the item was crafted. Notify me of small crashes like this Via Discord or the 'Bugs' thread, Not the comments below the mod please.

The Armsan Has received a buff in the attachment department, it can now take NATO sights, the ACOG is actually really good with slugs, It also has a new sleek darker color texture and proper glow-sights that actually glow in the dark! the bolt now animates properly with each pump, chambering a new round never looked so good. the little details are important!

The Mini-14 is now smaller in your inventory. making it 7 slots long and 3 tall.

The Prototype Dragonballs have been given an emission bump, Making them glow. They also no longer have phantom attachments.

My knowledge of RVMATS has sort of increased so I made some changes to the lighting of a few guns, notable ones are the SVT and PPSH. They look a little bit better. The kivaari has also received a slight boost in reflections as well. (and of course, the Armsan.)

The mini-14 has been given a better specular/glossiness just like the armsan and cheytac.

The Sprint.c script for the rucksack have received an update in hopes to stop server warnings.

I've added a new separate 5.56 ammobox specifically for the purpose of unique spawns, This ammobox has a new texture and only contains 10 rounds per box. The reason why I decided to make one is because In the types.xml when servers decide where they want items to spawn, you can't have truly unique spawns for things. For example, High north is considered a tier 3 spawn, And tiered spawns are bundled together, so if you have military and tier 3 in the tags, your item will always spawn in tier 3 military. but if you have a civilian tag too, it'll only spawn in tier 3 civilian and tier 3 military. so that means you can't have something that spawns in tier 1-3 military spawn in say, Only tier 2-3 Civilian locations. due to how the tags work, So I added a new ammobox so you can set your own spawns to it. (I'm REALLY bad at explaining things. But this is mostly just for the mini-14 which is a civilian gun. you now have a chance of finding 5.56 in civi locations without having tons of 20 round boxes showing up in cherno for example.) Just make my new ammoboxes spawn in tier 2-3 civi/hunting/wherever and you get what you want.

The AR500 Steel plates no longer have Phantom attachments.

Added Shenron. (Only for giggles.) Completely useless, won't spawn anywhere. Only way to get him is to spawn him manually with admin tools. Model by Anthony Yanez.

Please Double check the types.xml before adding it. I make mistakes sometimes. I'm not responsible for any problems it may cause, I update it to give balance guidelines. If I wanted, I could just stop adding it altogether but Instead I put effort into it for server owners. There are xml verify tools online you can use to copy-paste and automatically check for errors. (I'm not saying there ARE errors, I try really hard not to cause any errors. but sometimes they slip through.)

The next Update For Mass's many item overhaul includes an entirely new, never before seen backpack with new unique functionality, The slots are the best in the game at 120 slots! But can be upgraded with a single molle pouch to 135! Meaning you can truly be a pack rat if you so desire, It also takes a Compas on the back And the NBC bag. Though You should probably only use the orienteering compass as it's the one intended. The balancing factors in play to make this possible without breaking the game are as follows
You cannot put it in your hands slot, so you cannot double carry them to then make yourself a walking tent.
You cannot sprint with it on regardless of if you have stamina or not, Sprint is toggled off when it's equipped. -Cleetus's script, Thank you for being the legend that you are.
The model has been provided by Comatose Badger, same with the textures. also a genuine legend. without these guys the game would be a much more boring place.

Classnames are : MassRuckBagDesert, MassRuckBagBlack, MassRuckBagGorka, MassRuckBagGreen.

More Attemptive fixes of the CB helm. test please.

Also The m110 now takes the m9a1 Bayonet, And the SVT Takes the SKS Bayonet.

m110 also has slightly better lighting and bump maps.

The Scout scope now fits on the M4A1

Some script changes in relation to ammunition and magazines to match Vanilla standards.

PPSH no longer has a phantom attachment slot.

The Cheytac has been renamed to its IRL Counterpart, It also now aims properly with ironsights.

338 ammunition type buffed.

Various Items (Excluding the Toolbelt) Now have their attachments listed in the item descriptions.

The Wolf AR-15. A Fully automatic AR Platform Rifle chambered in 9x39 and has a integrated suppressor. a beast of a rifle. comes with a 30 round magazine and takes all NATO Scopes. No hunting/lrs scopes though in an attempt to balance it.

Classnames are: MassAR15, Mass9x39Palm.

The Ruger-Mini-14 a somewhat well known little rifle chambered in 5.56x45 NATO, Takes stanag magazines. my variant is the civilian semi-automatic 'Ranch Rifle' It takes NATO Scopes and a hunting scope, It also takes the M9A1 Bayonet, An improvised suppressor and a ghillie wrap.

Classname is: Massmini14.
Model Author for the mini14 is "omgitstallin"

Another Attempt to Animate the Large Canvas Backpack Shoulder slot. (A little extra feedback given by Munghard.)

Final note, Those complaining about item weight, I have no idea what changed the item weights. for me it's fine, so it must be some sort of mod conflict OR the devs just simply changed what weight means. and If that's true I'll have to look more into it.

Next bugfix changelog, Coming with a little extra special something for the trouble of constantly updating my mod day after day.

Let's start with the thing that's new, The ppskn has been updated significantly with a new rate of fire, a new gunshot sound effect and the ability to take nato attachments, acog/etc.

The MassCBhelmet Now HOPEFULLY Works, Do test for me please. also added the breathing sound effects for closed-face helmets for it to ensure immersion.

The bugfix for today is magazines and guns not taking the new tracer bullets. they now do. all guns that were effected were the B52, PPSKN42, SCOUT556, SVT, 7.62M4A1 And last but not least, the m110. All of these guns and their magazines now take their respective Tracer rounds.

Reconfigure of the armsan's config in hopes that it helps fix crashing with the gun (No idea what's causing crashes, it could just simply be a problem with vanilla. unknown for now.)

The SVT40 has been fixed.

All of my backpacks now have a slot for a chemlight. No radios though.

Large Canvas bag's canteen slot has been changed to the new vanilla canteen attachment slot.

Fixed a bug where MY canteen slot was conflicting with the canteen slot on the new vanilla military belt. has since been fixed.

PPSH41 recoil slightly reduced.

Attempt #2 at fixing custom ammunition, I uploaded the wrong folder. my bad. If you're seriously trying to play on patch day, I feel sorry for you. As mods will be constantly updating to fix Bi's broken decision making in not telling us modders what they're changing, yes. they broke ammo. no they didn't tell us.
