There's probably other stuff I'm forgetting as well, and there's going to be a lot that needs to go into documentation for this.

- Ok I know I said MES was in a feature freeze for a while, but I had a few fixes I really needed to add. So the mod is going back into the freezer now, beside the frozen broccoli.
- Added potential fix for Configs not following newly Save As sessions
- Added fix for Drone Encounters spawning positions not working properly.
